Due to the cold weather we are having lots of calls with broken down boilers due to frozen condense pipes. You can try to thaw out the condense using hot water. This may get you up and running without needing a call out.

We're undertaking some really good work at some really nice places!

Last month we undertook a project renewing a large oil boiler within a stately home. The boiler we replaced had been installed in the 1950's. It stood 7ft high and was made from steel. When originally put in the boiler house wall had been dismantled due to the size. We had to get the boiler cut into manageable sections in place and do several trips due to the weight. Here are some pictures of the top and bottom parts being after removal. We pride ourselves in being able to overcome problems and provide a trustworthy quality service no matter how big or small the job. Recently had one of Etta's engineers at our centre. An absolute credit to the industry. Very conscientious chap. Etta were brilliant in supporting him through his training !!

One year ago, Etta came to my house to change the boiler, zone the heating and fit the wifi Evohome. My energy bills used to be £3500, but with this new system, the bills after the first year have reduced to £1900. I am very pleased. There service has been excellent, and 6months in I had to get Etta to sort a small problem. They came and sorted the problem. Great service from a local company

Just a quick note to express my thanks. John your engineer has been to our house to fault find, fix and replace a parts on our Gledhill heating system a couple of times over the last 12 months. (plus fit us a new tap today). We just wanted to feedback that we always appreciate his honesty and ability to tackle the problem and would be happy to recommend John and ETTA.

I’ve had these guys to look at my heating and all I can say is they were fantastic, I’ve had problems with my heating for several years using different tradesmen and no one has ever been able to sort it until now .steve and his team were great One visit and my heating is now sorted thank you so much

From pricing up the job through to completion of the work, the team could not be faulted. They were extremely hard working, clearly very skilled and always ensured that the area was clean and tidy at the end of each day. We would highly recommend ETTA plumbing.

ETTA have looked after our somewhat complicated heating system for many years and have always come promptly, diagnosed problems efficiently and fixed them quickly. I now have a warm study again after they recently diagnosed and fixed a blockage. Thanks to John for initial diagnosis and Steve Appleton for his persistence and good humour in resolving (and finding a second problem in the process!)..
