Unfortunately we've only had sufficient people confirm attendance to make up a tiny team so the game will not be going ahead this week.
Once kids are back and people are back from their holidays we will post another date and see if we can get this game sorted!!

Joe definitely knows this. He did 25kg DB calf raises from the box and failed to put it away. He must now face Craig’s wheel of misfortune...

Here we have some of them fine gents from @northallertonrufc gallantly working their way through a body weight training session. Prior to this some had already completed some agility and plyo work and some had been taken for a run. Their sessions are varied, challenging and hit their full bodies. *** Hatton Boxing - Progression Course ***
The 6 week course will start on Friday 17th August at 6pm and as before the cost will be £35.
It's open to those who've completed the foundation course and those who've had some experience doing pad work.

Trained then Went to a circuit class on a Monday evening. Fantastic environment. Friendly, helpful and a very tough circuit class too!!

In what is nearly 50 years I've been a member of several gyms, boxing clubs, martial arts clubs, athletics clubs, football clubs, swimming pools, motor racing and motorcycle racing teams, darts teams and even many very dubious night clubs but none of them have given me such personal satisfaction and value for money as has Evolve over the past 5 months - I can't get my head round Lucy tellng me that some people don't renew their membership (what type of people are they?) - to me its the old style of gym brought into the modern era which doesn't rip off its members like those run by Local Council's and big Corporate organisations who only want your money and really couldn't care a toss about you personally

Great place to go to train, learn and get the body toned up. Great atmosphere and amazing new equipment. Staff couldn't be more helpful. Breath of fresh air.

Great gym, friendly owner. Only in town for 10 days and they were very welcoming unlike other places

Fantastic little gym, great equipment, knowledgeable and very friendly staff. Other gym users also friendly and helpful. A great atmosphere in evolve nca perfect for us newbies. I'm seeing the difference already and great value fir money 100% recommend the place.

Plates...plates everywhere!!!



The equipment is the best of any gym in Northalleton. More plates than you can shake a bar at, kettlebells, dumbbells, machines, bars,mats and benches galore. And of course the cables, sled, bikes,treadmill and rowing machine. It is more of a weighted gym but still plenty of cardio machines that you can use if you get the urge.



Every time I come in, Lucy asks if I'm ok and sounds like she actually cares (whether she does or not is a different matter...). Also took a week off and got approached by Lucy asking where I had been...sounded like she was genuinely concerned about me �.



Trainers are always on hand to spot, offer advice, tweak for exercises or just shout "what are you doing?!" When you've completely messed it up...but in the most loving way.



Lucy has been pushing me to increase my weights and offers to film me so I can see where I am going wrong which are invaluable for me personally. She also shouts at you at 615 on a morning when you do her circuits class which makes you hate her at the time and then love her when you see how many calories you've burnt.



Craig does awesome evening circuit classes, but do not be deceived by the angel face. He will kick your bum in the most subtle way possible... casually upping weights without you noticing... no two classes are the same and is always pushing people to work harder and do more than they thought they could.



Ryan...well I've only done a few classes with him and he makes me run first thing on a morning so the less said about him the better �. He is one of the most laid back but loudest trainers I've met! He's always there with a smile (normally because he's laughing at me...) but always approachable.



And last but by no means least... gym dog. No one else has a gym dog �



I'm nothing if not throughough in my reviews. But in a word... amazeballs.
