We have a 6 & 8 year old who started karate here about a year ago. Since then they have grown in confidence, self discipline and fitness and have had a lot of fun along the way. Mr and Mrs Marshall are fantastic at their job with just the right amount of discipline, encouragement and praise to make the kids want to progress. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to join martial arts.

Mr & Mrs Marshall have such a great chemistry and are so fun to be around that it genuinely feels like you're going to go and spend and evening with family & friends instead of training. But don't let the smiles fool you... turn up to EWF Daventry and you'll be physically pushed through your paces, as well as taught more than a thing or 2. The classes are relaxed, and a perfect balance between workout and technical. No matter what you're level is, come along, leave your ego at the door and be welcomed by a great bunch of people that will help you improve martial arts technique, fitness levels and confidence. I guarantee you'll leave on a high.

Great classes, fun, fast paced and varied. Have been going for a few months and haven't stopped feeling like I'm progressing

Excellent tutors, would highly recommend to anyone interested in taking up kick boxing what ever size/ability as you work to your own pace. Fantastic second session tonight, really surprised myself being able to do more this week than last, looking forward to next week already.

Both Mr and Mrs Marshall are very dedicated trainers, I have been going for a year and a half now and learn new techniques every week. Both my daughters have joined the junior training and always enjoy it.

I would recommend EWF to anyone, whether you are looking to increase confidence, get in shape, gain the skills for good self defence, or train to compete.

They offer a taster lesson for free, so give it a try - the members of the club are also all very friendly!

Best place to train MMA, for all ages and fitness levels. The instructors are welcoming, friendly, the most amazing people and extremely good at what they do. Choosing to train with ewf has helped me gain confidence, work harder, and improve my fitness. I would definitely recommend people come try it out!
