Local 8 week mindfulness courses, one to one coaching and workplace mindfulness for the community & businesses.
All sessions are led by “Listed” mindfulness teacher Jakki Pritchard.

Things go much more smoothly when we surrender our control and let things happen. Much of the stuff we worry about is out of our control anyway. The energy we expend in “control mode” is exhausting, tunnel visioned and narrow focussed. When we let go, surrender & let things happen, we see clearly, a wider perspective.
