huge referb on fantasy island has definitely paid off, it looks fab and very magical with brilliant light and sound show, different rides for all ages, very clean venue and friendly staff that’s couldn’t do enough for you, I would highly recommend all my friends to visit also Lots of different places to eat with some fab new healthy options .... great value for money �

We came this weekend for my son’s 7th birthday and we had an amazing time. Even though it was busy, we didn’t have to wait in any queues for rides. Food and drinks were reasonable priced and all the staff we encountered we really friendly and helpful. We can’t wait for another visit!!

Visited fantasy island today 26th July 2018 get the wristbands for the kids until my daughter fainted just by the tills want to thank the lady at the till and the first aider Mike I think his name is what great help you both was and even the lady who was queing who put her in recovery position thanks XX plus letting us change are wristbands for tomorrow giving us 4 complimentary ones thanks fantasy island u was great xx

Not been for a while , but glad we came back , lots of renovations , new food places , sun was out , nice & friendly staff , had an awesome day & would highly recommend for families , rides, beer, good food & nice atmosphere what more could you ask for �����

I visited yesterday 8/8/18 with three children, can I just say the two young lads running the monkey jump ride and The elephants ride were a credit to you! They were absolutely fantastic not with only my children but with everyone else's. It made my youngest daughter's day and I think she'll remember them for many years to come especially him running The monkey Jump ride I think she gave him as good as she got and to the other one don't give up practicing the floss!!! They definitely deserve a big pat on the back well done!

Had a fab few days here and defo worth every penny for rides

I been going for over 20 years and I say it's getting better than it used to be

Shame Kentucky derby not there anymore but we will be back very soon

and fantastic staff too and especially on playpit star and georgia polite and making sure kids are safe at coming in and out to parents fantastic jobs girls x

Drove all the way from the Midlands to visit the park and I was not disappointed! There is a large selection of ride for all ages and the queues all moved smoothly. Such a reasonable price at £22 for a wristband I got my value for money. Your two major coasters are polar opposites of each other millennium is so smooth and a great ride and the colour scheme is excellent. Odyssey however is a bit rough but that first drop makes up for it to be honest such a thrill! All your ride ops were helpful and fun couldn't fault them. One thing i think you could do for the future however is add another big coaster as 3rd coaster would be the sweet spot for me!

After a stressful half an hour at the start due to lack of communication on your half the day was brilliant. The guys on the Volcano and Log Flume was brilliant with my kid's, making them laugh and joking around with them. The only down fall to fun was when my 10 year old son came back to me in tears as he wasnt able to go on the boat ride without a adult, I know it's all about H&S these days but to me it wasn't a ride needed for adults. But any way good day had by all

3rd time been 3 years in a row best visit was this July 2018 great atmosphere,rides.pubs ,fireworks,shows at skallywags bar. defo recommend people experience fantasy island nightlife and summer daylife my son has had 1 wristband and has another Friday he loves unlimited rides we have been here with my partner since Saturday 21st and are still present here until Saturday 28th July.

2nd time this year come twice every year on my own with my cavy dog for a week I’m disabled on mi buggy do the market etc excellent but mainly to chill out always book with Linda on eastgate site top site can’t go wrong.........

We had a great day yesterday until my daughter and her friend (both 10 and big enough for the ride!) went on Tucan tours at about 4.30pm, the ride stopped and both girls (who I could not see from where I was standing) started crying because the ride had broken,they were very frightened! So they got off the ride to walk to the start but the man running the ride shouted at them even though he could see they were crying and scared and made the whole thing even worse. My Daughter tried to go on another ride but was scared it would stop again so we had to get her off. She said she was still scared and did not want to go on any more so we left. We have to think twice before coming back ;-(

Visited here Saturday 14th and was impressed with the park I bought three wristbands for the kids one for the smaller lad the others for the two older lads and was told by the cashier that they were tall enough for all rides as one was just 1.4 metres which was on the boarders this is where the nightmare began some operators said he was tall enough some said he wasn’t even though he was clearly seen on the ride next too them even called for a supervisor at one stage who agreed he was tall enough problem been the signs for the heights are set on uneven ground making it impossible for all heights too be the same

After they were both escorted onto the yellow rollercoaster after firstly been refused I heard on lookers screaming at the ride attendants and riders also screaming apparently as the ride was getting ready too go the bars all opened for some reason though I presume the ride wouldn’t have moved I was shocked that at no time was there any reassurance sent too the riders they just closed the bars again and sent the ride I called the supervisor again too which he went over but never bothered telling me what was going on all day we had too call customer relations who basically never helped one bit please can these issues be addressed as are day was spoilt and it’s a shame as we want too come back in the near future

My daughter is not a big ride person so she wanted to go on 1 ride only was told that we had to buy a card from the machine so we went to the machine was then confronted with a minimum 10 pounds card the ride was only 4 pounds to go on .

We looked around for help not a single person in site tried talking to someone at hook a duck

Was also told We had to pay 10 pounds minimum to ride .

Will not be returning unless it changes

please be aware all of the pay and display carpark oppsite the site of the island. signed as carpark for fantasy island this is controlled by a compay called smart parking who will scam you out of money. We paid the full amount shown the broad for a days parking same as our family who parked next to us in the card didnt keep the ticket like anyone does. 30 days later got a £60 parking ticket in the post so it was a costly day for us. I got in contact with fantasy island for help and got nothing just a contact smart parking. we questioned the ticket but still had to pay it never ever going back there and will warm everyone i know not to aswell. The amount of money fantasy island makes it wouldnt harm them and help with the ticket but nothing.

Was just about to purchase 6 wrist bands for our holiday in a few weeks. I thought I'd just check the reviews, and I'm so glad I did. The car parking fines that people are getting are ridiculous. As we will be visiting by car i can't risk having a £60 fine through the post 1 month later. Even though Fantasy Island have acknowledged there is a problem with smart parking, I'm just not prepared to go through the hassle of appealing an unwarranted fine. Fantasy Island should be contacting Smart Parking and resolving this issue, saying they know there is a problem is just not good enough. Not only has this issue meant customers will not return it has also lost potential customers. Maybe, if this issue is resolved I'll look at visiting in the future.

Visited again Sunday 15/7/2018 only to find some of the prizes on the redemption counter have nearly doubled in points in the space of a couple of weeks ? Apple iPads where 55000 points which has now increased to 100,000 points. In one word disgusted. I’m sure this extortionate increase will give your customers the incentive to part with their hard earned cash. Welcome to rip off Britain.

Ridiculous that my 8 year old son is now no longer allowed on rides he was 2 summers ago, it was fine for him to go on with his 14 year old brother before but now isn’t allowed on with his 14 year old sister, has to be an an adult, just pure and utter greed, will go else where from now on.

We paid for 2 cars only to get a fine a month later saying we didn't pay luckily 1 still has his ticket the other does not. I have Been searching the internet and seems like this happens a lot here and fantasy island are aware by the amount of complaints I have seen

Shocked you allow this to continue Ruined the whole experience after a fantastic 2 days here

I visited yesterday 8/8/18 with three children, can I just say the two young lads running the monkey jump ride and The elephants ride were a credit to you! They were absolutely fantastic not with only my children but with everyone else's. It made my youngest daughter's day and I think she'll remember them for many years to come especially him running The monkey Jump ride I think she gave him as good as she got and to the other one don't give up practicing the floss!!! They definitely deserve a big pat on the back well done!

Had a fab few days here and defo worth every penny for rides

I been going for over 20 years and I say it's getting better than it used to be

Shame Kentucky derby not there anymore but we will be back very soon

Drove all the way from the Midlands to visit the park and I was not disappointed! There is a large selection of ride for all ages and the queues all moved smoothly. Such a reasonable price at £22 for a wristband I got my value for money. Your two major coasters are polar opposites of each other millennium is so smooth and a great ride and the colour scheme is excellent. Odyssey however is a bit rough but that first drop makes up for it to be honest such a thrill! All your ride ops were helpful and fun couldn't fault them. One thing i think you could do for the future however is add another big coaster as 3rd coaster would be the sweet spot for me!

After a stressful half an hour at the start due to lack of communication on your half the day was brilliant. The guys on the Volcano and Log Flume was brilliant with my kid's, making them laugh and joking around with them. The only down fall to fun was when my 10 year old son came back to me in tears as he wasnt able to go on the boat ride without a adult, I know it's all about H&S these days but to me it wasn't a ride needed for adults. But any way good day had by all

3rd time been 3 years in a row best visit was this July 2018 great atmosphere,rides.pubs ,fireworks,shows at skallywags bar. defo recommend people experience fantasy island nightlife and summer daylife my son has had 1 wristband and has another Friday he loves unlimited rides we have been here with my partner since Saturday 21st and are still present here until Saturday 28th July.

2nd time this year come twice every year on my own with my cavy dog for a week I’m disabled on mi buggy do the market etc excellent but mainly to chill out always book with Linda on eastgate site top site can’t go wrong.........

We had a great day yesterday until my daughter and her friend (both 10 and big enough for the ride!) went on Tucan tours at about 4.30pm, the ride stopped and both girls (who I could not see from where I was standing) started crying because the ride had broken,they were very frightened! So they got off the ride to walk to the start but the man running the ride shouted at them even though he could see they were crying and scared and made the whole thing even worse. My Daughter tried to go on another ride but was scared it would stop again so we had to get her off. She said she was still scared and did not want to go on any more so we left. We have to think twice before coming back ;-(

Visited here Saturday 14th and was impressed with the park I bought three wristbands for the kids one for the smaller lad the others for the two older lads and was told by the cashier that they were tall enough for all rides as one was just 1.4 metres which was on the boarders this is where the nightmare began some operators said he was tall enough some said he wasn’t even though he was clearly seen on the ride next too them even called for a supervisor at one stage who agreed he was tall enough problem been the signs for the heights are set on uneven ground making it impossible for all heights too be the same

After they were both escorted onto the yellow rollercoaster after firstly been refused I heard on lookers screaming at the ride attendants and riders also screaming apparently as the ride was getting ready too go the bars all opened for some reason though I presume the ride wouldn’t have moved I was shocked that at no time was there any reassurance sent too the riders they just closed the bars again and sent the ride I called the supervisor again too which he went over but never bothered telling me what was going on all day we had too call customer relations who basically never helped one bit please can these issues be addressed as are day was spoilt and it’s a shame as we want too come back in the near future

My daughter is not a big ride person so she wanted to go on 1 ride only was told that we had to buy a card from the machine so we went to the machine was then confronted with a minimum 10 pounds card the ride was only 4 pounds to go on .

We looked around for help not a single person in site tried talking to someone at hook a duck

Was also told We had to pay 10 pounds minimum to ride .

Will not be returning unless it changes

please be aware all of the pay and display carpark oppsite the site of the island. signed as carpark for fantasy island this is controlled by a compay called smart parking who will scam you out of money. We paid the full amount shown the broad for a days parking same as our family who parked next to us in the card didnt keep the ticket like anyone does. 30 days later got a £60 parking ticket in the post so it was a costly day for us. I got in contact with fantasy island for help and got nothing just a contact smart parking. we questioned the ticket but still had to pay it never ever going back there and will warm everyone i know not to aswell. The amount of money fantasy island makes it wouldnt harm them and help with the ticket but nothing.

Was just about to purchase 6 wrist bands for our holiday in a few weeks. I thought I'd just check the reviews, and I'm so glad I did. The car parking fines that people are getting are ridiculous. As we will be visiting by car i can't risk having a £60 fine through the post 1 month later. Even though Fantasy Island have acknowledged there is a problem with smart parking, I'm just not prepared to go through the hassle of appealing an unwarranted fine. Fantasy Island should be contacting Smart Parking and resolving this issue, saying they know there is a problem is just not good enough. Not only has this issue meant customers will not return it has also lost potential customers. Maybe, if this issue is resolved I'll look at visiting in the future.

Visited again Sunday 15/7/2018 only to find some of the prizes on the redemption counter have nearly doubled in points in the space of a couple of weeks ? Apple iPads where 55000 points which has now increased to 100,000 points. In one word disgusted. I’m sure this extortionate increase will give your customers the incentive to part with their hard earned cash. Welcome to rip off Britain.

Ridiculous that my 8 year old son is now no longer allowed on rides he was 2 summers ago, it was fine for him to go on with his 14 year old brother before but now isn’t allowed on with his 14 year old sister, has to be an an adult, just pure and utter greed, will go else where from now on.

We paid for 2 cars only to get a fine a month later saying we didn't pay luckily 1 still has his ticket the other does not. I have Been searching the internet and seems like this happens a lot here and fantasy island are aware by the amount of complaints I have seen
