We visited last night for my birthday and had a great night...There was 13 of us and must say the food and the service were excellent.We had the 3 course festive menu and It was delicious and the staff very attentive..It was soul night and the act called me up on stage and sang "happy birthday" which was a nice touch although slightly embarrassing. We would definitely consider returning next Christmas .xx

Thankyou once again for another fantastic Birthday celebration! Tanya and the girls made us super welcome from the minute we walked in (as always). The food was to die for & the atmosphere was lovely. Will never grow tired of our special occasions here. See you soon!! xXx

Come here regular for the quiz with mates . The food is great and the Staff are always really friendly and helpful and great atmosphere in the pub ! Will be back soon

Went for lunch, very quiet, had fish finger sandwich and southern fried chicken sandwich and a bowl of sweet potato chips which all arrived promptly. Food was very nice. Can't complain about anything.

Called in on a spur of the moment.

I had the rump steak which was tasty and cooked exactly as I wanted, the chips were excellent and the black & blue sauce was beautiful. My wife had the chicken and bacon salad and she said it was the nicest salad she’d had.

Would definitely go again and recommend the Farmhouse

Just left, waited 35 minutes for food that was burnt and cold. Ignored by the waitresses and then waited another 40 minutes for a child's ice cream. After we'd complained, waited another 10 minutes then we were leaving the ice cream arrived at the table and told to forget it.

After reading such good reviews we thought we'd go for a meal but severely disappointed!!

Hate to leave reviews, but tables where full of glasses and pots and had to clear my table myself. Food came out and had to wait for cutlery.

As frequent afternoon tea girls, we was a little disappointed with today’s afternoon tea.

When making the booking, the girl was very quick on the phone and we never got chance to ask any questions or inform them of any allergies. We asked when arrived if there was any seafood - which there is a prawn sandwich, we asked if this could be changed on 3/4 people because of pregnancy/ Allergies, they wasn’t very happy about it. When the food arrived only 2/4 peoples food didn’t have prawn sandwiches so I had to go without.

It was also very surprising to not be asked whether we wanted tea/coffee but just to be brought 2 pots of tea to the table & when we explained we only drink coffee just to be told there is no other option & so we had to go without!!

Great place to go if you want your kids being sick and the other 24 hours later.. called and a rude member of staff just said "nothing they can do about it" .. not even a sorry? Kids menu wouldn't order it..
