Reflexology is a natural healing art which centres around applying pressure to zones on the feet and hands which correspond to every part, organ and gland in the body. Reflexology increases blood flow, improves energy, reduces stress and alleviates pain.

With her business, 'Feet2Hand' based in the peaceful village of Edwinstowe, Andrea is a level five qualified clinical reflexology practitioner who is looking to expand and attract new customers. She has a very friendly demeanour and ensures all of her clients feel relaxed and at ease.
Andrea has experience of working with clients from as young as two weeks old to eighty three years of age, who have sought her help for a variety of conditions and all have had an improving and helpful effect overall. Many of Andrea's clients are on-going and visit her at least once a week for a chance to relax, unwind and relieve symptoms of their discomfort.

There is a fully functioning studio that is set in a tranquil garden, with floor to ceiling glass windows which allow you to unwind and feel at one with nature.
