❤️NEWSFLASH❤️Hi guys just a quick update - we are beginning three new initiatives to IQ in the coming weeks following our appointment of Frankie Cooley to our gyms! 1 - The launch of an IQ - Asylum Fitness App which will allow you to access exercise videos to dietary food and transformation plans - monthly competitions and a lot more. 2- A members area and cardio suite with full makeover. 3 - Our new kit is still on track for end of September and is always ongoing as you all know - we don’t believe in one off refurbishments 4 - A very special and unique ladies program. Was at the gym for nearly a year. Always investing in new equipment. Great environment. Would recommend this gym to anyone to join. You get what you pay for!

This gym is the best around, head and shoulders above any gym I've been too, the staff are so helpful and friendly. The equipment is the best I've ever used, so much variety to suit literally everyone and any ability. I have walking difficulties and the staff have gone out of their way to help me, I've seen amazing results in literally 4 weeks and I can't recommend this gym enough, I've learnt so so much from Kave and Natalie, they are worth their weight in gold! X

Signed up to this gym last week. I've to quite a low of gyms over the years in Grimsby but lost motivation. This gym is on another level , the equipment is fantastic, state of the art , the gym is not crowded like you'd commercial gyms , but the best thing about this gym is their attention to detail and care for their members , they don't hesitate to Stop and chat, ask how you are , suggest and improvement even or Something you could be doing better.



Within 2 minutes of speaking to the owner and walking Around the gym his enthusiasm and vision paid off , and I am actually Looking forward to going for a session rather than dreading it and having to motivate myself , such as the atmosphere at the place.



Would recommend to Anyone 5***

Popped in to finally meet Kave in person the other day on the gyms open day. What a wonderful guy, knows his stuff and definitely nothing but a superb kit out. bumped in to lots of friendly faces that i knew too which is what makes the gym so welcoming aside from the staff. Good to meet you Kave, sure we will be seeing each other more in the future

People say this gym is expensive, since I have been here just over a month personally it's well worth the money the equipment is great people are all friendly it's clean everything you want from a gym. Great establishment you have Kave and Jo by far the best gym in town

Never write reviews but this gym 100% deserves one been there 7 months and the staff are always happy brilliant to talk to and willing to help. since being there i have learnt absolutely loads and have progressed very well from doing what they have taught me. by far best gym iv been to couldn't ask for a friendlier environment. The gym equipment is in brilliant condition always clean and tidy there always bringing in new equipment constantly it's a gym that's growing by the week if your looking for a gym that's friendly with staff that's actually willing to help you and knows what there doing IQ GYM is definitely the GYM 10/10 + there pre work out is amazing :)

I’ve been going to IQ for a few months now. This is the best equipped gym that I’ve used in 30 years of using gyms. It is constantly being updated with new kit all of the time. My initial impressions were a bias towards strength training but a recent investment in cardio equipment shows that the owners care and listen so much so I’m thinking of joining up my wife and daughter who favour this sort of equipment and occasional weights. Having strength trained and cycled at a high level, I am now shifting focus and starting a comprehensive bodybuilding plan and Sam/Kave have already given me invaluable advice. Add to the fact I have a busy career and the 24 hour access I rate it 5/5 *****

Iv been a member of Humberston when it was virgin, burns, pure ect and this is the best gym I have been to in the area, clean, well maintained, amazing hammer strength equipment and friendly staff.

Incredible gym and without a doubt the best within the area from latest equipment, friendly gym users, amazing staff and just over all perfect gym. Staff are very easy to approach and offer fantastic advice and if you have any issues things are sorted instantly and simply so yeah would 100% recommend to everybody, couldn’t ask for a better gym�

I went to the gym today for the first time as I live in Scunthorpe, thought my gym was good, but i was like a kid in a candy shop. it would take me 2 weeks to use all the machines. machines that I have never seen in my life. The place was bright and friendly very good atmosphere the boss is very friendly wish I could go everyday everything is here and more if I lived in Grimsby this is the gym I would join would rate it 10 out of 10 hope to be in there again soon. it's getting better all the time would recommend this gym to any one

This gym has everything you need and more and if that's not enough the manger will ask you what you want to achieve and create you a personalised plan to achieve the look or fitness level you want. I only joined two weeks ago and can't rave about this gym enough, if your thinking of joining a gym I would strongly encourage you to join this one.

First day back to a gym after a few years off hate walking in to a gym feelin fat and useless but everyone was so helpful no one judges you no matter how little u can do can not rate it enough so friendly good clean equipment....will enjoy going and starting my fitness and strength journey xxx

Epic evening, really decent gym so going to be signing up in the new year. Not you're average gym, help on hand and great advice to give you new workout ideas without that feeling of judgement that comes along with most gyms. Fab guest night and the dj was on point ��

I went down to IQ gym Grimsby to there open day I’m not a big gym person but on taking to Kave he put my mind at ease. Showing me the machines and what they could do for me really help’t. The place is great and had some fab machines Top place and a Top guy.

I haven't been to a gym in ages as I've always felt gyms can be intimidating, especially if your a bit out of shape. However this gym is far from intimidating, all the Staff are friendly and welcoming and so are all the members. This gym has everything you need and more and if that's not enough the manger will ask you what you want to achieve and create you a personalised plan to achieve the look or fitness level you want. I only joined two weeks ago and can't rave about this gym enough, if your thinking of joining a gym I would strongly encourage you to join this one.

I have just done my first session at iQ gym fantastic place I have never felt comfortable in other gyms they are always to busy and full of idiots not willing to help you but the staff at iQ are fantastic friendly and welcoming and will give you any advice and training that you need i couldn't wish for a better place to train and get fit again thanks a lot guys it's a big thumbs up from me

I have been training at IQ Gym now for a couple of weeks and I have to say it's one of, if not the best equipt gym in town. The staff are superb and always willing to offer advice and answer any questions you may have. Combine this with it's 24 hour open times; it's the place to be!

First day back to a gym after a few years off hate walking in to a gym feelin fat and useless but everyone was so helpful no one judges you no matter how little u can do can not rate it enough so friendly good clean equipment....will enjoy going and starting my fitness and strength journey xxx

Epic evening, really decent gym so going to be signing up in the new year. Not you're average gym, help on hand and great advice to give you new workout ideas without that feeling of judgement that comes along with most gyms. Fab guest night and the dj was on point ��
