Fitness By Sara Description

In 2015 I decided to train as a Personal Trainer, with Premier Training. I am now qualified in Exercise referral and Pre and post Natal exercise too.

I have been running a Bootcamp in Bugbrooke since 13th July 2015 for both men and women.

These are friendly exercise classes for all fitness levels that can be scaled and adapted for all levels of fitness. I hold 10 sessions across the 7 days

Times:
Monday-Friday 9. 30-10. 30am
Monday, Wednesday & Thursday Evenings: 7. 15 till 8. 15pm
Saturdays 9am and Sundays 9. 30am (Hill Sprints 30mins prior to the session)

A mixture of cardio and resistance training to target a full body workout. Some sessions we work in pairs, others we use equipment and do a more straight forward circuit training session.

Sara is just brill!!! All the classes are great, you burn stupid numbers of calories and it's just so convenient � everyone I've met at bootcamp has been absolutely lush and even though I'm only 19 I've felt really welcome and loved getting to know everyone, just a shame I'm only around in my uni holidays so I can't come more �

Sara came highly recommend from a few of my friends & I am so pleased I tried her classes! Every session is different & Sara always gives easy/hard options for different levels of fitness. The groups are very friendly & welcoming, I would highly recommend to anyone who is thinking of giving them a go �

Over the past year I have listened to lots of friends talking about their sessions at boot camp. Due to a long recovery after a bad knee injury I kept putting off attending as didn't think I'd manage it. A friend eventually talked/bullied me into attending. I remember my first session very well as it was Friday 13th ( unlucky?) and I woke to find it was snowing. I won't lie, I was actually relieved as assumed the session would be cancelled... nope, apparently not.

After completing a 1hr kettle bell session in the snow I decided I could do it in any weather.

The group is welcoming with a mixture of fitnesses, and abilities, doing the exercises at their own pace. This is great for those of us who are just returning to exercise for what ever reason. I have already gone from planning to just do 1 session a week to trying to fit in more !

I've been going to boot camp for a year and a half now. I've never managed to keep up exercise for that long before! The sessions are varied, I've met some lovely folks, and my fitness has improved dramatically. Can't ask for much more than that. Yesterday I ran my first 10k. I never thought I'd be a runner. Boot camp has been a great part of my journey to get here - thanks Sara.

I've been going to Sara's bootcamp sessions for nearly a year now and the difference to my health and fitness has been amazing.

When I first started I hadn't done any exercise for about 3 years after having my little girl and I must admit I was a little nervous about trying a bootcamp style of exercise, but Sara made me feel totally at ease. I took everything at my own pace and it wasn't long before my confidence built and my fitness was getting better thanks to Sara's encouragement and motivation.

The sessions are different everytime so there is no chance of getting fed up with the same routines like I used to feel when going to a gym!

I'm now doing 3 sessions a week and my fitness has improved so much that I'm also running once a week as well.

I would recommend Sara's bootcamp to anybody not only because Sara is fab and your fitness will most definitely improve but also you make a lot of new friends as well!

I'm not really a fitness fan but I decided I needed to do some kind of exercise as I finishing work after 16 years of walking up and down corridors at NGH so talking to a friend we/I decided to join Sara at her bootcamp and I'm so glad I did, anxious at first as I have a dodgy shoulder but you can work at your own pace and if you cannot do a certain exercise then you do something else, Sara will always encourage you to do your best, whatever shape size age you can do it, I recommend you give it a go.

I'm a newbie to boot camp. Some of the mums I know come; they all look fantastic and have amazing results, so Fitness by Sara was a no brainer. I love the fact that kids are welcome too. It's important for them to see you maintaining a healthy lifestyle with exercise. It's very easy to fit into your life, no excuses and great value for money when buying a bulk course. Look forward to hopefully having the closest thing to a bikini body that i will ever have achieved, for the summer!

I would never pay a subscription or drive to a gym. But to be able to walk and join a 'like minded' group of over 60's is just ideal! Thanks Sara! I am also looking forward to a shorter tape measure in 2018!! �

I tried Sara's classes for the first time about a month ago after a change in my working hours meant I didn't fit in with class times at my local gym. I felt really welcome as a newcomer and I've found everyone really friendly. Even though I exercise regularly I've been motivated to do things I wouldn't do on my own and the boot camp sessions are always different, so no chance of getting bored. All levels of fitness are catered for with both indoor and outdoor sessions on offer. I love that the sessions I attend are outdoors and always feel that I've worked hard. Sara gives just the right level of attentiveness always moving round the group to see if you are ok and that your technique is good without being a 'drill master'. It's definitely filled the gap in my exercise routine �

I started FBS in April. I have been going for 3 sessions a week. I have met a lovely group of people. I had awful back problems caused by my appalling posture. These have all now disappeared due to getting fit and correcting posture. On top of that I have lost nearly a stone and lots of cms. I love going to bootcamp and hate it if I have to miss it for any reason. I would highly recommend Fitness by Sara. Sara motivates and advises on all aspects of fitness

I am a Mum of 3 and, since having kids, have never made time for looking after myself due to rarely having any child-free time. A friend suggested I give the bootcamps a try as I could take the kids with me to play on the field. I was so nervous for the first session but I needn't have been, everyone was very welcoming & gave plenty of encouragement. Now, before my first bootcamp I had done no proper fitness work for approx 4 years since I had back surgery. Being unfit and overweight I thought I wouldn't be able to do it... but I could, perhaps struggled with somethings but I finished the session and wanted to come back! Since my first weigh in 6 weeks ago I've lost 11lbs & 104cm which I'm really pleased with. I've been amazed at how fast I've noticed improvements in my fitness levels and I feel so much better for it, both physically & mentally. I still have a way to go but I won't give up as I enjoy the sessions so much & it's giving great results. Thanks Sara & everyone else at bootcamp xx ���

P.s if I can do it anyone can do it, so if you're thinking about it do come along, you won't regret it!

Sara is massively motivational and it is clear to see the great results my fellow bootcamprs achieve from their hard work and determination under her expert guidance. I have definitely grown stronger since going to Bootcamp and am generally more fit and toned. I love excercising outdoors and the feeling of a good work out in the sun is hard to beat!! Each workout is fast paced and fun, often with a motivating soundtrack and is always a challenge...and it works!

This results in becoming fitter, stronger and along with guidance on diet, and the options of weigh-ins. No joining fee, pay as you go, or weekly payments, you choose. Very driven and encouraging support from a lovely lady, and very accommodating and approachable. So what are you waiting for?????? 5⭐️

I hate exercise with a vengeance but really feel like I've found something I love.. it's only week 4 and I am so unfit but it's getting easier and I love the mash up of the classes from week to week, a great bunch of ladies to work along side and I don't feel out of place at all trying to work my way through fitness levels... my aim is to one day be able to run like the rest of them and that I will achieve because I'll keep going

I first went to my first bootcamp session in April and have been going to two sessions a week since. Having not owned scales for several years, I have no idea what my weight or measurements were before I started going to bootcamp. However, Sara measured me in June and again five weeks later. In just five weeks, I have lost 35cm, which I am so pleased with. I could tell that I was getting fitter, but I had no idea that I would have lost so many centimeters too. This is all down to bootcamp - I haven't changed my eating habits or anything else. Thank you Sara! xxx

Fitness by Sara has completely changed my life. I am a mum of 3 and exercise was something I only did running around after the children. I was overweight, unfit and my confidence was at an all time low. My friend raved about the bootcamp sessions she had been attending and after months of persuading I went along.. it was the best thing I ever did. I'm 3st lighter, 180+cm less and the fittest I've ever been. Sara is amazing, so supportive and attentive. The sessions are always fun and Sara caters for everyones individual needs. Having not owned scales for several years, I have no idea what my weight or measurements were before I started going to bootcamp. However, Sara measured me in June and again five weeks later. In just five weeks, I have lost 35cm, which I am so pleased with. I could tell that I was getting fitter, but I had no idea that I would have lost so many centimeters too. This is all down to bootcamp - I haven't changed my eating habits or anything else. Thank you Sara! xxx

I can say I'm not a lover of exercise and I normally drop out after the first few weeks. I have been attending Fitness by Sara boot camp sessions since June and am totally loving them. Never did I think I would miss exercise when I haven't been able to attend, but I do now. I've seen changes in my body, strength,fitness and loss of inches. Highly recommend and 5�

Great way to meet new people, enjoy working out in a friendly atmosphere. Fab sessions and always something different never each day the same . Been coming for over 6 months and I love it ! Definitely recommend Sara fitness .Great way to loose weight and boost your self esteem.

Fitness by Sara has completely changed my life. I am a mum of 3 and exercise was something I only did running around after the children. I was overweight, unfit and my confidence was at an all time low. My friend raved about the bootcamp sessions she had been attending and after months of persuading I went along.. it was the best thing I ever did. I'm 3st lighter, 180+cm less and the fittest I've ever been. Sara is amazing, so supportive and attentive. The sessions are always fun and Sara caters for everyones individual needs.
