One of the best gyms i know. It would be perfect if shower in swimming pool was warmer, its too cold, honest!

Joined beginning of January after being let down by X4L and I have to say I love it! great timetable, amazing pool which is nice and warm, and very friendly and helpful staff! It quickly became my second home!

I love going to the gym i have been to many gyms before but i like fitness flex because its a good gym and good swimming pool and sauna and steam room and good pts expecially martin bates love training with him but the sessions are getting harder every time

Having been a member since the beginning of jan I think it’s time I left a review! This is by far the best gym I’ve been a member of. The class timetable is fab and I hear it’s only going to get better (thank you, Jane!). All of the instructors and PTs I’ve come across so far are brilliant at what they do and are all Really friendly, encouraging and motivating. All of the staff seem to actually care about the gym, it’s freelance instructors and it’s members which is very different from places I’ve been at before! The changing rooms are warm and clean, showers lovely and hot, pool area is lovely as are the steam room and sauna (especially after a tough session!). The gym had a good range of equipment and although small, it has everything I need from a gym as well as having a friendly atmosphere. The monthly challenges are a great idea and I’m looking forward to having a go at smashing some of these!



It’s definitely worth paying a little more a month to be at a gym like this. There’s a reason why those budget gyms are budget gyms ;)

Completed my third shift tonight :) started cleaning on Monday this week :) the members are so nice and polite :) and the staff are brilliant :) loving my time working there :) lets hope I keep getting good feedback from the members :) xx

Been a member since..... November last year I think! I don't use the gym as much as I'd like but i do classes and love the pool. Swim after work. Hopefully when uni finishes in July I'll be able to do more. Really friendly staff too. Love it!

Out of all the fitness clubs, this is the only one with a pool. Worth the money . I love coming here , the staff are really friendly and the cafe is a treat 😉

Oasis is a very friendly gym, well equipped, which works most of the time. Biggest problem is the showers either too hot or not working

Nice place, great staff and wonderful pool although could do with a good refit and replace the coffee area with a costa coffee. Let's hope new owners think the same.

Need more hairdryers in the ladies changing rooms. Not enough now they've removed some.

Need air con to work again in the changing rooms. Too hot in there.

Ive been coming here since it opened as an employee and now a member.so have loyalty to the place. However Its never been so unkempt dirty and run down as it is now. Very sad and dissapointing.

It's all good so far, good refit to the gym , the sauna is a shit hole , it's been like that for years now , the wood inside is bad to sit on and looks unclean, sort it out , and not good on offers, should have more of them to leave your gym , to go to there gym , 30.3.16

In need of serious maintenance, a coffee machine that is broken every two weeks and disabled toilet that looks like a health hazard... The jacuzzi is rarely up to temperature, the thermometer in the sauna is unreadable along with the benches in the sauna needing securing... Some of the staff have pride in the work place, others treat it as their own club. At a basic level it does the job, JUST! There is room for improvement.

I've been a member for 9 months or so, and in that time I've yet to experience all the facilities actually working. The men's changing room has recently had a 3 week period without showers (not to mention the other multiple weeks when they were the source of leaks and damp). Now it's the middle of summer there's a month without air condition as that's due to be serviced, and in the pool area there's been multiple times when the shower has been out of action/repaired. The saving grace for the place is that the staff are welcoming and other members appear friendly and there to exercise as opposed to 'posing' in mirrors as I experienced in other gyms in the area. So, to manage expectations, expect some barrier tape to be in your way. I'm yet to see a contractor/tradesman during all the 'works' though, so that could be a reason why it takes 10 times longer to do the maintenance jobs!
