Fitness Mummies Description

Women who exercise pre-pregnancy naturally want to carry on throughout their pregnancy. Others begin to take more interest in their health to provide the best for themselves and the growing baby. Keeping or being active can provide pregnant women with a self of accomplishment and a positive self-image. Exercising throughout pregnancy can lead to renewed energy, which can enhance the 'feel-good' factor that some women fear they lose through their changing body shape.

POSTURE! ๐Ÿคฐ๐Ÿป Having the correct posture is vital during pregnancy it helps to keep the abdominal muscles switched on and prevents lower back pain! The best posture is one that moves often but when standing concentrate on bringing your body into the correct alignment.. New mum workout, this video shows the reality of training with a baby. In fact this baby is always pretty amazing, most of the breaks taken were actually in-between sets.

Just want to say a HUGE thankyou to Charlotte! I started the 10 week program when I was 6 weeks post natal. At first I was a little nervous as I didn't know what to expect. The first session was relatively easy compared to the exercise I was doing pre-pregnancy, so I felt very comfortable and was given lots of information on safe exercises I could do. Gradually the exercises became more challenging, but it was in line with my progression, so after each session I really felt a sense of achievement. What I loved the most was that I could take my daughter along with me, without this service I don't know whether I would have been able to do all the sessions. During the 10 weeks I lost 9lbs in weight and felt so much better, my abdominal strength had improved and I finally felt confident enough to get back in the gym.
