During the first 6 week you start good habits β
When starting a new routine of exercising regularly, if itβs varied and enjoyable youβre much more likely to stick with it π
Many of our ladies say theyβve never enjoyed exercising before π
... Once youβre through the initial introduction stage and youβve made a great start to improving your health and fitness, it then becomes a habit - a good habit π
And that means turning up on the days you donβt feel like it π
After a bad nights sleep π΄
Or a rough day at work π€
And guess what??
Yep getting yourself in on those bad days makes you feel great π a real sense of achievement - youβre now building discipline π
And discipline will bring you long term results, over months not weeks πͺ
