Went to LRO Show in Peterborough. Had a Swing-away booked in to be fitted with these guys.

Brilliant friendly service. Well worth the 7hr round trip! Well be using again.

Great to meet Ben and the team. Sorry didn't get the 2 fitters names!

Took my trailer up to have my Howling Moon XT Deluxe tent fitted. Ben and the team had to manufacture the mounting kit to suit my trailer. Nothing was too much trouble. Had some new led headlights fitted while we were there and that was done to a high standard too.

The landy had developed a fault on the way there but it was identified and remidied for a smooth trip home.

So in a nutshell would I recommend them.....Hell Yes. Thanks everyone. I'll be back!

Really pleased with my light upgrade, great advise, nothing to much trouble, just deciding what to do next,????!!!!

I was kept fully informed with order progress and delivery timescales - including the instant offer of full refund due to some very minor manufacturing/supplier delays



There were a couple of small issues with my order when received - which were instantly addressed with a no quibble no hassle no questions replacement goods order . . . .

In my experience you can judge a lot by a company when you have an issue. I had a minor issue with a FD product, and found them quick and helpful to assist. This means a lot to me.

I have had two experiences with Flatdog, one was at Kelmarsh Show and the other was at their premises.

I cannot rate them highly enough, at the show they fitted a roof rack/rear wheel carrier/ snorkel and steering guard for free !

Yesterday I visited their premises without any appointment and had light guards/ladder/Chequer plate wing tops and the offer of a front diff guard fitted (As light was fading and the ground temperature was dropping rapidly) again for free !

Ben was superb and even answered all of my dumb questions whilst carrying out the work !

Obviously any fitting of products is down to time availability and is at the total discretion of Flatdog but my personal experiences should at least prompt others to deal with this company without hesitation, thanks again Ben and the Flatdog crew :-)
