We have just arrived home after an amazing day at the Fong Spa. We had a full on pamper and being a therapist myself I'm highly critical lol. It was amazing ladies the treatments, the atmosphere, lunch, customer service, the whole thing was very enjoyable. We will 100% be returning. Thank you xxx

Visited today with my daughter for a half day top to toe package. It was amazing! Lovely to have the hydrotherapy pool, sauna and rest area to ourselves (although the seats in the sauna became uncomfortably hot despite having towels on them!), and the glass of bubbly went down a treat. It was great to have our treatments together as I hate it when one of you has to sit alone while the other had a treatment. The back massage was good but the Indian head massage was absolutely amazing and left us both totally relaxed! We then had a foot treatment, again together, where we had a great chat with the therapists too. We will definitely be going again! Thank you!

This is my second visit (spa time together package)and again we were not disappointed, Karen was my therapist and I can honestly say I had the best back massage and facial in years from her! Very friendly,attentive and clean spa. Thanks for a lovely few hours ladies I will look forward to my next visit x

I have had various treatments over the past couple of years and I have been extremely happy with the professionalism and friendliness I always receive, alongside the quality of the treatments! � The spa is a lovely and very relaxing with a large private space to enjoy. I have no hesitation is recommending Fong Spa and always look forward to my beauty and pampering treatments! �

I had a fantastic Thai bundle massage with Hannah today. I would highly recommend this treatment, and Hannah, the bundle smells amazing while your being worked on - my knots on knots are now loose and my shoulders feel amazing. I've been to Fongs a number of times, having a variety of different treatments, always with friendly staff who know what they're talking about. I'm one happy and very chilled customer today!

I booked for my daughter and 4 friends to have a spa and treatment each .. They had an amazing time.. And staff so lovely will recommend to anyone had spa room all to themselves with a glass of bubbly and nibbles .. Shall definitely be booking again X

My sister took me there for the first time yesterday ,,, we were rather disappointed as the jacuzzi was luke warm ,,, but your staff explained they put it up as soon as they got in ,, we didn’t that was long enough to get warm as are app was at 10 15 ,,, they explained they turn it down on the Sunday,, they young girl could not apologise enough bless her ,, she said she realised that is a problem on those who want to book Monday morning and was going to look into putting it up sometime Sunday ,, My sister has been there a few times so she knew this was a error and that we will becoming back again All in All we made the best of it and she was given discount on the day ,, And you have a lovely place and lovely staff 😊

I booked the spa party for my wife and four of her female family members and the feedback is that it was an amazing experience and they were well looked after. I've only not given 5 stars as my wife said the back massage she had was not as great as it could have been as the member of staff tended to focus on one side of her back. Apart from that they all thoroughly enjoyed the spa party and they said they would recommend to others.

I have been to a lot of spa's and I would not recommend this one for the price i paid, sauna was cold , fruit was not fresh ,drinking water was warm,fire door was wedged open on arrival so we were cold getting changed into swim wear list goes on ...

Had a bad experience here for my first visit I will not be returning.

And especially frustrating that I expressed my concerns in a message to the business and was just ignored. Very bad customer service standard.

I had a terrible experience in April of this year (2017) at Fong Spa. I had an appointment booked for a spray tan prior to being a bridesmaid for my best friends wedding. On arrival I didn't have to wait long and was taken to the spay tan room situated at the back of the spa . I was left totally undressed for 10 minutes in a room in which there was no privacy to the spa room outside which contained people undergoing other treatments . A member of staff finally came in and attempted to turn the spa tan machine on, which she couldn't do. She then left the room without explaining anything and sort help from a colleague, after standing there completely undressed for around 20mins she returned and informed me the machine was broken. I was not offered and apology, a future appointment or any compensation. After I was told the machine was not working the young girl left the room and did not return. As I passed via reception on my way out there was no attempt at an apology or an explanation. It left me very disappointed and angry �
