Foot Locker

Just want to thank the member of staff that helped my son purchase his new trainers today from your store. Not only did he spend his time finding the trainers he's been so keen to get all month (always out of stock) but to then pass my son an extra fiver out of his own pocket to put towards his money so he could afford them is just outstanding. What a Great employee you are young man. Thank you! He's over the moon �

I just want to say a massive Thank you to the staff at Nottingham Footlocker. I recently came back from New York where I purchased some trainers for my son from the Footlocker, Times Square. When I got home we realised they had given us 2 Right feet!! I went into the Nottingham store to see if there was anything they could do. The first girl said she wasn’t sure & I may have to speak to Nike direct which I was prepared to do, she said she’d just check. The second girl spoke to her manager & agreed to order me some & take the two Right feet ones off me. Great customer service & all with such ease & friendliness. I’ve collected them today & now have a very happy 8 yr old. Well done & thank you Footlocker will be returning to buy Christmas presents this year �
