Ordered on the Web. Site was easy to use. Got to the centre 20 mins before appt. Car was taken straight in. I asked for a free tracking check, gent came in and showed me how bad it was. Got it sorted and got the results. Great service. Will certainly use again.

Arrived very early and was met by bright and positive staff, who knew of my order. I was shown to a very nice waiting room and that was the extent of my involvement. A little while later I had four new premium Dunlops and am very pleased with the tyres, the price and the great service.

hello all,i had a major service and two new tyres fitted .have used the lads befor and always been happy with the service..sensible prices to for the working man..only one point,on a major service,would have thought diesel filter would have been included....be nice to them and they will be nice to you..good lads..

Got tyres on line arrive 12.15 for a 12.30 appointment was told car would be ready at 1.00 but car was ready at 1.30 but overall a good service

Even after a previous experience of purchasing tyres on line that did not exist, I wrongly took my Audi in for alignment. This was not done properly so took it back again. The locking wheel nut key was left on the passenger seat for them if required, and they took it upon themselves to hide it in the boot so I spent 10 minutes hunting for it and had to phone the depot to ask where it was, to which I was given a smart reply "where it belongs". On the second attempt, it pulled the other way. Took it back again and it was retracked twice while I sat waiting for hours. Now pulls to the right sharply when trying to drive in a straight line. Was offered a refund at the weekend but apparently couldnt do it at that time, went back today and the manager says I need to take my car to Audi (a 50 mile round trip at my own expense) as they are blaming the car when it was previously admitted it was not done correctly the first and second attempt, it has just been purchased and thoroughly checked by the dealer. Wasted hours of my time and £89 on a service they cannot provide.



Given a number for head office that does not go through. Avoid.

Brought two tyres on line was given a appointment time of 10.30 and told to arrive 10 mins before, which i did, after sitting in a freezing cold room for over one and a hour hours finally got car back at 12 oclock.To me this should never have taken this long i for one will not be using you again,not impressed.
