Went for afternoon tea on Friday with the girls from work, food was amazing and the scones were out of this world ! Lovely friendly service too

We just had afternoon tea for my sisters birthday and the kids had their picnic baskets. It was all beautifully presented and tasted amazing. The scones are by far the best that my sister and I have ever tasted. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be back and thank you very much xx

We have just been for Christmas afternoon tea and what can I say it was absolutely delicious one of the best we have ever had... you even get a glass of Buck’s Fizz And unlimited tea or coffee, the staff are all lovely and can’t help you enough... will definitely be returning

Visited yesterday for the first time and loved it, was full by the time we got to our little cakes so asked to fetched them home which we was given a box to put them in. Very friendly staff and food was served quickly. Will be coming back to eat there again x

Visited Four Candles today for the second time. A group of four of us had afternoon tea. It was delicious - great variety on the menu and vegetarians are catered for too. We loved it, thought it was great value and wouldn't hesitate to return. Lovely, friendly service too.

My friend and I popped in at 11:30 to have a bite to eat, really lovely food, great service, friendly staff. Dessert of crunchie cheesecake finished us off!! Yum! X

Me and my sister had a fabulous time they made us really welcome and my sister in a wheel chair very easy access for her .

Lovely service me and my mum went in today and the food was amazing couldn't quite eat it all yoy get alot for ypur money and good quality lovely staff and overall amazing experience would definitely go again and recommend it to anybody x

It’s a really excellent place to go for breakfast/lunch. Me and my girlfriend Georgia went there on Monday 11th June 2018 for lunch and a drink, excellent service indeed and we would highly recommend it for anybody if they wanted a decent meal this is the place to go for sure�

I would recommend four candles for the excellent service they give nothing is to much trouble , and the food is far the best I've had for afternoon tea , I would choose them every time now if I had to choose where I wanted to go for afternoon tea .

We was brought our drinks first then the afternoon tea followed not long after. It looked and tasted beautiful. Couldn't fault anything, the atmosphere was calm and relaxing, everything was clean and the staff were polite and friendly. Would highly recommend to family and friends! Thank you.

Had my baby shower here and visit regular. Nothing is too much trouble and an excellent every time.

Highly recommended also accommodating for children.

Called in today with a friend for lunch, we had not pre booked a table but the waitress was very accommodating and found us a table. We had a toasted sandwich to share, a tea and coffee- the sandwich was freshly made and came with a lovely salad and homemade coleslaw, very well presented. We then had a slice of the chocolate brownie cake between us, the portion was MASSIVE, we would never have managed a slice each. Friendly staff, lovely food, will be back.

Best afternoon tea ever !! Food is delightful fresh and plenty of it ! Choice hot and cold panini sandwiches. Cakes fresh and delicious. Can not fault four candles! Will recommend and go again. X
