Students please make sure you are in club clothing for your grading, I know some of you may not have club clothing but it is on order. Also make sure you are on time for the grading it's at 12:00, please allow up to 2 hours max in total, some of the lower grades will be completed earlier.

Well done to Archie this week who was our student of the week, he’s kept training through a recent injury and we can see him improving every week with his technique and attitude to training. Keep up the good work!

Our first grading of the year booked in for 14/04/19 12:00-14:00, please allow up to 2 hours max for the grading. The session is £20 per student and you will receive the relevant colour band (prajeed) and grading certificate in one of your following classes. Please allow up to a week after or so for us to get everything ready.
For those of you who wish to do the grading you must book in with your instructor. Take note all students must have club clothing on when doing the gradings so if you require a Vest or T-shirt then please order one with your instructor!

Due to a double booking we will not be able to put the junior class on this Saturday. We are really sorry for this inconvenience and we will be back to normal next weekend.

Junior student Scarlett at the start, middle and end of her fight today 🥊🥊🥊

Our main girl Scarlett in a nice technical fight using her movement and choosing her shots against a very experienced fighter. She listened really well and kept going right to the end. Very proud of her 👊🏻 Hit the HD logo in the corner for best quality

Massive well done to my three juniors who absolutely smashed their fights today. Charlie and Payton both had intense fights but pushed their opponents back landing significant shots. Scarlett put in a technical display and used her skills and movement to pick her moments to pounce. Very proud of all of them for their hard work over the last few weeks to get here.
