The best!!!

I had the pleasure of meeting Gabriella's mum on Saturday early afternoon. She was friendly and uplifting from start to finish. Myself and my mum were welcomed with a bubbly smile and attentive service. We were looking for a veil and headpiece to finish off my bridal outfit. The customer service we received was thoughtful, personal and most importantly not forceful of any purchase which made the experience so relaxing and stress free! We were quickly served a luxury drink and the dressing room was personalised to our shopping experience. The service was not only outstanding but it was clear that the knowledge of bridal wear shared through the service made me feel so at ease. We left with the purchase of a veil and head piece and most importantly one big smile of our faces. As we left the shop myself and my mother said "what a lovely lady!" This place is certainly worth a visit!

Had such a lovely evening tonight trying on some beautiful dresses with Gabriella and her Mum Rosella! They made it very special and from the moment we walked through the door we felt at ease. I did not feel under pressure at any point and was encouraged to take my time before I make one of the most important decisions!
