The food here is amazing. I am a very picky eater. And l can honestly say after having 2 three course meals here it was fantastic. A lot of the veg and salad stuff is grown on there own allotment.

The staff were very helpful and happy to do as much as possible to help including changing the menu for us. Nothing was to much trouble. And seemed very genuine to make sure we enjoyed our meals on both occasions.

Just had our first meal at The Generous Briton and it certainly won't be our last. The staff were excellent, friendly, welcoming, helpful and cheerful. The food was amazing quality, big portion sizes and our meals arrived very quickly. We found the prices to be very reasonable as well. Try the battered chicken in sweet chilli sauce either as a large sized starter or as a main meal, the cod and chips or the open beef wellington, all of which are highly recommended.

Had a lovely lunch today at the Generous Briton. We have been here several times now and the food has never disappointed. Service is brilliant. Looking forward to our next visit.

For me the best country houses in Lincolnshire. You are always welcomed by a member of staff or the owner chef. The food is out of this world to go with a nice choice of beers wines and gins. Its lovely in summer and winter. Always best to book at weekends as it fiĺls up fast.
