In the news this week...
Dr Sarah Lee was invited by alumni who are committee members of the East Midlands Regional Group, to judge the regional heats for the National Schools Geology Challenge yesterday evening. Students were asked to give a short presentation, participate in a geology quiz and present posters, which were all judged. It was great seeing so many enthusiastic students, who may go on to become future geologists! It was also wonderful catching up with past students who have gone on to have great careers since graduation!
