As from Monday 10th September GKR will be providing a direct debit payment option. This means you pay a monthly amount (see below) and you can train AS MUCH AS YOU WANT AT ANY CLASS, NO EXTRA CLASS FEES!
Unlimited Classes for less than the current 1 Casual class per week rate 😮

Bigger class this week. Plenty of hard work as usual, can never question the effort you put in which is a credit to you all.

As anticipated a very small class due to the beach seminar. But a decent workout all the same. Some nice basics and kicks practice is always good. And as always plenty of sweat. Well done guys see you all next week when numbers will be better.

Small class today but you all worked hard. Seeing improvement every week which is down to how hard your working. Sensei Linda is back next week so make her proud just as she is every week

Excellent effort by all today, lots of sweat and effort which is always good to see. Congratulations to Patrick Shananahan on achieving 9th kyu yellow tag and an excellent first class from Stephen Clifford. On a personal note I would like to thank each and every one of you for your support on what was my first class and also thank sensei jo canfield for her help. See you all next week.

Go-Kan-Ryu Karate (GKR) is a traditional Japanese style of karate. GKR was founded by Robert Sullivan in Adelaide, South Australia. Robert first began training in the art of karate in 1964, and spent time training and teaching in both Japan and the USA before establishing GKR in 1984.
GKR Karate is taught in a non-contact environment and promotes both character and physical development. GKR is a club for all ages and promotes self-defence, fitness, coordination, discipline, c...onfidence and stress relief.
People of all walks of life can train together and learn the art of karate in a safe, fun and encouraging environment.
