Great class this morning, you all worked really hard with the line drills, was impressed. It all went downhill with the team games though 😂😂, well done to tim who did great in the sumo challenge and was just beaten by ian. Was great to see ian back and also good to see Caitlyn and lewis visit us from thursday. Although noone dressed up, well done to Liam for being our bunny with his face painting and ears, your prize will arrive next week. Thank you to Annie n Amelia for my choc bunny 😀❤. Well, what a hard working bunch you all were this morning, well done, great job with the combinations. We finished with some kicks while trying to balance, then with kickshield and ended with kata. Congratulations to ashwin who on tournament week gained his 9th kyu and bronze commitment award. Our stars of the week rhys and alfie did amazing today, and congratulations to our students of the month, denishea and amelia who have both gained more confidence and improved these last few weeks. Well done all, see you all next week

User

Few missing today but the rest of you were great today. Line drills and kata getting ready for tomorrow. Lots of commitment awards today, congratulations to all our bronze and silver award winners, pretty impressive not 1 class missed for the silver guys. Also well done to all our tournament peeps for earning stars of the week, great job. All the best for everyone grading tomorrow. See you there and see the rest of you next week

Well done today, sensei tamsin took most of you and you did green belt grading stuff, tournament peeps with me and after a quick run through the katas again we concentrated on kumite etiquette and practise especially for those who havent done it before and were v nervous. Finished with you guys against any of the other students that wanted to join in. Congratulations to our stars of the week evan for overcoming his fears, joseph and kyra for trying really hard today. Be good for sensei Alistair Torrie next week, i will miss you guys but i know you will work hard. I will see you in back in the dojo in 2 weeks.

User

Great class today guys, you worked hard. Started with some front kicks then sensei tamsin worked with most of you doing basics, line drills and kicks, the rest of you doing tournament kata with me, learning the etiquette and doing practise, good work from you. We finished off with some reaction games, do you have a tell? Congratulations to denishea on getting her bronze attendance award and to alfie for earning star of the week! See you all next week, those doing tournament we will cover kumite.

Brilliant time at the shihan Anthony seminar....🐯🐆🕊🐍

Great work today guys, long forward stance and lots of backward leaning stance, both still need work, but you know what should happen which is good, just putting it into practise. We then split, sensei tamsin going 1st n 2nd kata with lower grades with some bunkai and higher grades we went through saifa and a bit of bassai dai. Congratulations to Gavin and Alfie for grading to 9th kyu, and congratulations to our well deserved students of the month Evan and Annie. Thank you for your help as always to sensei Tamsin. See you all next week, and see quite a few of you tomorrow with shihan anthony 😀😀

Biggest class of the year so far 😁, well done all, we worked alot on kicks today, front and side kick mainly, on the spot and in line drills. We then worked on them in groups with kick pads and ended with some fun of paper punching and a game of stinky mitt. Everyone worked hard today, congratulations to kaitlin and liam for earning there 9th kyu, well done evan and Cecilia for being our stars of the week. Big congratulations and well done to our 1st students of the month for jan, timothy and sarah. Well deserved. Look forward to seeing you all next week, dont forget your goals and to sign up for the seminar and/or tournament.

Great class today, good to see ian back and sensei kerry visit with katie. We did basic line drills, worked on front kick for a while, dont get complacent with this kick, foot shapes still need to be there and full leg return! Then split off into kata groups with white n yellow belts with sensei tamsin, green and blue with ian, Kerry and i ran through kankadai. We finished off with some sparring. Big well done to Dan who did his first class today and did a fantastic job, welcome to the group. Congratulations to our stars of the week, kaitlin and nathan. Dont forget to book up for the seminars and think about getting out of your comfort zone and enter the tournament! And...... dont forget your goals! I did get some more this week 😀👍 See you all next week

Sendai Donna is great with our kids so much so that they do not want to miss her class, and gets disappointed when they cannot make it on Saturday GKR Irthlingborough class.

User

I love my classes, sensei's Donna and Mick are great, the atmosphere is friendly and fun and at the same time your encouraged to push yourself that little bit more. While explaining in a way you can understand .....
