Some great work tonight guys. Remember to challenge yourself. Black belts don't come easy. The more effort you put in, the better your karate will be. Listen to, then work on the feedback. You may not see the improvement straight away, but keep going and you can achieve your goals. See you all next week

Great class tonight. Fantastic work on basic combinations but keep pushing yourselves to improve stances. Some quality kata in 1st class and decent kumite skills in 2nd class. Remember to stay focused on your target whether in basics, kata or kumite. Being focused is probably better self defense but is definitely best self discipline

I know a lot of you do more than one class a week. But to get the best out of those classes it's important that you push yourselves. The harder you work in class, the better your karate will be. So it was great to see you all really work hard tonight. Keep up the good work. Don't forget this is the last week to book a place for the kata workshop. Don't be the one who misses out on an amazing opportunity to really improve your knowledge and skills in your grade kata

Hi folks, don't forget this is the last week to book your place for the kata seminar. Don't miss out on an awesome opportunity to improve your grade kata and possibly learn a new one. You will also learn some bunkai and get a chance to practice with partners. Real must for anyone who's entering the world cup or just wants to improve their own karate. You can book your place with me tomorrow

Great to see so many medals tonight in class. Huge congratulations to all of you who competed. I knew you wouldn't let us down. Good work on stances in today's lesson. The stronger the stance the better your karate will be. A few asked about your katas. Guess what seminar is on 6th April? Get yourself booked in for an awesome seminar with sensei Daniel. See you all next week

Great work tonight guys. Be proud of your achievements. Think we need to work on our responses though. Don't forget your dojo etiquette. Welcome to Darius. New student but didn't let that stop him giving everything a go. Also great improvement from Darcie and Jackson. Good luck to all of you in the tournament at the weekend. If you repeat what you did tonight you have a fantastic chance of qualifying. See you all next week

Great workout tonight folks on kicks and reaction work. Remember, sometimes your best defence is to attack first. All depends on the situation you find yourself in. Also, don't miss out on the kata workshop 6th April.

Just a reminder folks that if you like to train at gradings, then March's grading is on Sunday 31st and not this weekend

Great 1st class today. Lovely to see Willow, Darcie, Jackson & Maxim. You all worked really hard on your basics and stances. 2nd class more basics & combo's. Looking really sharp for some of you. Others keep working on the feedback. You will improve the more you practice. Katas, again you should all work on the feedback. Not just the ones who got it. You all spotted something that can improve your fellow students karate. Now work as if that feedback was given to you. See you all next week

Awesome seems too small a word for the seminar I've just been to with Shihan Anthony Ryan. His kumite skills are phenomenal. If you didn't get there, you really did miss out. Time now to practice what we learnt

Great to see a few more of you tonight. Welcome back Kyp, been a while but still got it. Well done to all of you for managing some of the brown belt grading formats. Stances still need a bit of work for some of you. Keep pushing yourselves. Kata looking good in second class. Remember Shihan seminar this Sunday. Get there if at all possible. It will be awesome.

Great to see a few more people back to training. Lots of basics in first class. Well done Vedent on an awesome training session. Hope to see you again next week. Second class bit of kumite work. Keep practicing the footwork. Only way to improve is to practice, practice, practice. Well done to gracieanne on getting footwork right. Knew you could do it. See you all next week

Another small class tonight. Hope those of you who are not well are soon back with us. You're really missed. Great work on kicks tonight. Keep up the practice whenever you can. If you can't make class, try to get to another. Congratulations again to Qasim and Bdar. You look amazing in your new belts

User

Another awesome grading today. Congratulations to all who graded, especially to Qasim Muhammod who did an amazing job to achieve his 6th kyu green belt and to Bdar Mohammed on a great performance to achieve his 5th kyu. So proud of you both.
