We needed both the bathroom and downstairs toilet completely refurbishing, we looked at a couple of bathroom stores before finding Glenfield Bathrooms. On entering the showroom we were impressed by the lay out, after looking around for a few minutes we spoke to Sarah, who was very friendly and helpful, pointing us in right direction for our needs, which were then passed on to Dan who compiled a detailed list of bathroom furniture and tiling. We revisited the store a little later to discuss the list and to make a few minor changes, everything went smoothly and a date was set for the fitters to start work. When the fitters (Steve & Kev) started work they were very prompt and courteous, consideration was to shown us throughout the working day, they left the house in a clean and tidy state every day. When the work was completed ( six working days later) both the bathroom and toilet looked amazing, we were very, very pleased with the final outcome. Many thanks to Dan, Sarah, Steve and Kev for a outstanding job well done.

P.S. Everyone who has seen the bathroom and toilet since completion have been impressed wanting to know who done the work. Once again, Thanks.

My wife had been wanting a new bathroom for ages and wanted the design if possible to produce a little more room ( or seem so ). Obviously we did a lot of shopping around and discovered Glenfield Bathrooms ( opposite B & Q ).

We found the showroom large enough and the products on offer plentiful and on show in various models. The staff and owner could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable and best of all no pushy sales patter or following us around, we just browsed ( several times / days ) at our leasure.

Having decided roughly what we wanted, an estimate was given, and although not " cheap ". Was the best estimate we had received.

To cut a long story short, the " Boss " Dan did the majority of the work with Josh and Wayne. The result, a beautiful new bathroom, complete with shower cubicle, instead of bath, which has given us more room in a small space.

To paraphrase a well known brand, " Glenfield Bathrooms do exactly what it says on the tin "!

My husband is disabled and can no longer manage the stairs so we decided to try to turn a home office into a wet room and bedroom. We had to find out if this was possible first and Dan gave us lots of much needed advice without any obligation or pressure selling. This was a major factor, together with a competitive price, that helped us decide to accept the quote from Glenfield bathrooms. James and William carried out the work very professionally and most successfully. After a lot of thought and discussion, we changed some of the original specification and spent extra on fittings that helped give the whole room a contemporary look. However it still has all the features needed by my husband, such as grab rails and a seat in the shower. Many thanks to all concerned, it will a real difference to us both to know he can be independent and safe

Toilet supplied and owner spoke to us to show how unlevel the floor was and explained options clearly. Result is a fab toilet with no mess. Would definitely recommend Glenfield Bathrooms to others.

Had to have the bath taken out as my husband is disabled This was replaced with a shower room and this has made a tremendous difference to our lives The disruption was minimal and your Installers very courteous and caring Thank you very much !

Dan went out of his way to meet me in evenings when I was available and Kyle kept me noted as to the progress and timescales throughout. And when there was an issue with the screen the owner reordered instantly and fitted himself! I would never go anywhere else for a bathroom related job! ! The service put that of b&q and wickes to shame!! Keep up the good work guys! !

Glenfield bathrooms completely refurbished my bathroom and now it's got a lovely corner shower enclosed toilet cupboard space fully tiled from floor to ceiling and tiled floor so easy to maintain and the downstairs toilet has also had the same treatment. I would happily recommend this firm every time

Excellent service from all members of staff. I brought a shower tray and enclosure I was unsure of which tray and enclosure to have, with the guidance of Dan and his team I got a great price on my items brought.I would recommend and use them again with no worries.

Choosing a bathroom company without any personal recommendation is always a bit of a risk. Before visiting Glenfield Bathrooms we had an extremely disappointing experience with a local kitchen and bathroom company who had a complete lack of customer focus, giving us the impression that our custom was not important to them. How refreshing when we went to Glenfield Bathrooms, they met all the criteria we were looking for in a company to install our new bathroom. From our initial contact to the final handover of our completed bathroom it has been a pleasure to deal with Dan, Sarah and of course our fitter Ben. We cannot praise highly enough the professionalism and customer focus of all concerned, from the competitive quote, the fitter arriving on time on scheduled start date, a mid job check up from Sarah and final handover from Dan. One final note regarding our fitter, Ben. What a lovely guy, he was able to overcome any problems e.g. pipes in the way, as he went along and demonstrated a very high skill level. Afterwards we stood in our new bathroom looking for something out of place or line. Nothing! Everything was perfect! Thanks Glenfield!!!

After trying numerous other bathroom showrooms and not enjoying their pushy salesman like tactics It was like a breath of fresh air walking into Glenfield Bathrooms. I spoke to Dan the owner who, my wife mentioned, looked like a model out of a catwalk show. Nothing was too difficult for them and I felt really at home while I perused the store. My wife and I were also offered coffee and biscuits whilst we made our decision and both agreed it was much more relaxing in this store. All of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable by the way, not just Dan, we purchased some laminate flooring which has been really hard wearing and has already taken plenty of spills from my 18-month-old. All in all, we had a great experience and are really happy that we stumbled upon Glenfield Bathrooms. We will be there again.

Absolutely a brilliant service. After discovering a problem with one of my taps following delivery of an ex display bathroom suite they were only to happy to arrange a replacement part and call me to let me know it was in stock. Fantastic service from start to finish. Will highly recommend.
