So this thieving scum finds it second nature to steal from a small, family owned business, Fosse Road North, Leicester!
As you can see he was being very distracting and clearly came in with the intent to take something!
... When he left, he was chased down Empire, down Mantle, down Tudor road and he went into the bmx park on Tudor road bend and lost sight of him! But believed to be possibly living Tudor road area.

It's not even the value of it, it's the principle! That's one less Christmas present for the kids this year because someone thought it was acceptable to take what didn't belong to them!
