Congratulations to our U12 Foxes who won the Foxes League Division 7/8 Trophy, beating AFC Andrews 2-0 this morning.

Our Under 17’s were 2-1 winners at Birstall this evening meaning they’ll finish the season in second place. Well done lads on a good season.

A few teams returned to action today after the Easter break.
At Gynsill Lane the U8’s won and put in a good performance against Burbage. The U9 Foxes played some great football and got a very impressive result at Rothley.
The U7 Hawks played well in their game at Sileby while the U12 Foxes are through to the final of the division 7/8 cup after seeing odd Cosby 5-1 in today’s semi final.

A 6-2 win for our U17’s over Desford at County Hall this evening as they go second in the table with two games left to play.

Here’s how everyone got on today....
Congratulations again to our U10 Foxes who beat Loughborough Dynamo 4-1 in their League Cup Final this morning.
Our U15 Tigers hosted a six team tournament at Gynsill Lane and managed to reach the final after winning their semi-final on penalties but lost 3-0 to Stoke Golding to finish runners up.
... Both under 7’s were also at home as the Hawks scored some good goals in their victory over Sileby, while the Foxes lost at home to Syston.
It was the final game of the season for both our U13’s sides, with the Hawks winning 5-1 at GNG to keep their hopes of finishing second alive, while the Foxes lost 4-1 to Fleckney as they finish mid-table. The U15 Lions also played their final game but lost 3-0 at Thurmaston but will also finish in a respectable position in the final standings.
Two games at County Hall as the U12 Foxes gave a good performance in their 11v11 friendly, drawing 3-3. The U17’s were 2-1 winners against Barwell to keep their hopes of winning the division alive.

Here's how everyone got on today.
Our U10 Foxes are through to the final of the League Cup, beating Glen Villa 4-3 in an entertaining game. They will play Loughborough Dynamo in the final next Sunday. The U10 Hawks lost their semi-final though, losing 3-1 to Harborough Town. The U9 Foxes edged a close game with Lutterworth and gave a good performance as did the U7 Hawks against Mountsorrel.
The U15 Tigers were 9-2 winners against Hamilton as they secured joint second place in... their division, while the U16's drew their final game of the season 3-3 with Kirby. The U12 Hawks and U13 Foxes played an 11v11 friendly against each other which was played in good spirit.
On the road the U8 Foxes played well in their game at Braunstone. The U11 Hawks couldn't recover from a slow start as they lost 3-2 at Borough Alliance but the U12 Foxes won 4-2 at FC Burbage. The seniors lost by the same scoreline at FC Blaby

A nice day for it! Here's how everyone got on today.
At Gynsill Lane the U9 Foxes scored some good team goals in their friendly with Quorn. The U12 Hawks drew 1-1 with Borough Alliance but remain top of the table. The U13 Hawks were 5-1 winners against Lutterworth.
The U11 Hawks scored a late winner to progress into the second round of the League Cup as they beat Barrow 2-1. The U16's lost 5-1 at home to Borough Alliance but the scoreline doesn't suggest how the game went in... an even game while the U17's drew 2-2 with top of the table East Goscote.
Away from home the U7 Foxes had a close game at Dunton & Broughton while the U7 Hawks gave a good performance at Leicester Nirvana. The U8 Foxes played well at GNG while the U9 Hawks lost 1-0 at Dunton & Broughton but gave a pleasing display in their league cup quarter final.
The U10 Foxes are through to the semi-finals after beating Anstey 2-1 this afternoon. The U11 Lions exited the league cup after losing 3-1 to Bardon Hill Falcons but the U12 Foxes got an impressive 1-0 victory away to top of the table North Kilworth.
The U13 Foxes were 2-1 winners at Royce Rangers and the U15 Lions won by the same scoreline at Kingsway. The seniors lost 2-1 at River Swift.

At Gynsill Lane the U8's gave a good performance at home to Hinckley Town. The U9 Foxes lost their cup game against Braunstone 5-3 but the U9 Hawks are through to the quarter finals after beating Kirby on penalties as the game finished 1-1.
The U12 Foxes lost 3-1 at home to AFC Andrews in their cup game but the U15 Tigers salvaged a point as they drew 4-4 at home to North Kilworth, coming from 4-1 down and salvaging a point with the last kick... of the game from a fantastic free kick.
Away from home the U7 Hawks played well in their friendly at Groby while the U10 Lions lost on penalties in their cup game at Harborough. The U11 Lions and U12 Hawks both lost their games at Greentowers 3-2 and 2-0 respectively.
The U14 Tigers lost 7-0 to Lutterworth, but the U16's were 1-0 winners at Whitwick. The U17's beat Oadby 3-1 and the senior team won 4-2 away to Sporting Dynamo

The U9 Foxes played some good football and scored some good goals in their match at Houghton while the U9 Hawks were involved in a close and competitive game at Narborough.
The U10 Hawks and Lions continued their preparation for next season with some 9v9 friendlies. The U11 Hawks gave a good display in their friendly at Allexton while the U12 Hawks got a good result against ...opposition from a higher division away at Glen Villa.
The U13 Hawks were 7-1 winners against Ibstock while the seniors drew 2-2 at Groby Town.

At Gynsill Lane the U7 Hawks put in a good performance against Kirby. The U11 Hawks continued their good form with a 4-3 win against Blaby & Whetstone, the U12 Hawks played their first 11v11 game in a friendly with Braunstone as they look ahead to next season and were 7-3 winners while the U15 Tigers won their friendly with Desford 3-2.
The U11 Lions were edged out as they lost 4-2 against Ibstock but the U13 Foxes continued their good run of... form with a 10-3 win against Birstall while the U15 Lions were 6-1 winners against Kingsway. At County Hall the U14 Tigers came from 4-1 down with seven minutes left to salvage a point with a 4-4 draw.
Away from home the U8 Foxes put in good performance at Ravenstone while the U9 Foxes also played good football at Kirby. All three under 10's put in good displays and were all involved in tight games decided by one goal.
The U12 Foxes lost 4-1 to Anstey in the League Cup, the U13 Hawks drew 3-3 at Birstall and the seniors lost 5-3 to top of the table FC Willow.

In the fog this morning the U13 Hawks lost 3-1 to Bardon Hill. The U9 Foxes had a good performance in a close game with Whetstone while the U10 Hawks/Lions continued their transition to 9v9 football with a pleasing display against Quorn.
The U7 Foxes scored some good goals and played well in their friendly with AFC Andrews. The U10 Foxes had another positive performance in their 9v9 friendly with Ibstock while the U15 Tigers lost 3-2 in a fr...iendly with Stoke Golding. At County Hall the U17's were 3-2 winners against Oadby.
Away from home the U7 Hawks played well at Lutterworth, the U11 Hawks were 3-2 winners at Fleckney while the U11 Lions narrowly lost 2-1 at Barrow.
Both the U14 Tigers and U15 Lions won at Quorn 3-2 and 3-0 respectively while the U16's were minutes away from claiming a point at Market Bosworth but lost 5-3.

The U8 Foxes played good football throughout as they were tested against opposition from a year above in AFC Andrews, while the U10 Foxes continued their transition to 9v9 football with a good performance against Blaby & Whetstone.

On the road the U9 Foxes got off to a slow start but scored some good goals to recover against Thurlaston while the U15 Lions drew 4-4 at the same opposition. The U14 Tigers lost at a strong Football & Fitness while the U10 Hawks/Lions also continued their transition to 9v9 with a good performance at Asfordby.

The U13 Foxes and U12 Hawks both return to action after two weeks off, the Foxes play Leicester Nirvana and the Hawks welcome Harborough Town. The U8's host AFC Andrews while the U10 Foxes play a 9v9 friendly.
The men's team play their final home game of the season as they host Leicester Bharat Talbot at County Hall.

A few games today fell victim to the weather but for those teams that did play it was largely a good day.
At Gynsill Lane the U13 Hawks got the biggest win of the day with a 7-2 victory over Asfordby. The U11 Hawks got off to a quick start in their game against Whetstone, scoring twice in the first few minutes to help them on their way to a 3-1 victory. The U9 Hawks also scored early on in their game against Leicester Nirvana and gave a good first half performance.
In the aft...ernoon the U14 Tigers showed great character as they came from two goals down to win 3-2 against Quorn. The U11 Lions lost 4-2 against Coalville but the U12 Foxes were 1-0 winners against Cosby and the U15 Lions scored a late winner to beat Groby 3-2.
Away from home both U7's got good results with the Foxes travelling to Harborough and the Hawks had a shorter trip to Kirby. The U8's put in a great display at Burbage and the seniors got their campaign back on track with a 4-3 win at LDA Spartans.

A busy day at Gynsill Lane tomorrow with nine games taking place.
At 10:30 the U9 Foxes host Lutterworth, the U11 Hawks welcome Whetstone and the U13 Hawks take on Asfordby. The U9 Hawks play Leicester Nirvana at 11:30 then at 12:30 the U10 Foxes and U14 Tigers are both against Quorn and the U11 Lions are against Coalville. Then at 2pm the U15 Lions play Groby and the U12 Foxes play their last home league game of the season against Cosby.
At County Hall the U17's return to a...ction as they play Oadby Owls.
A few away games as well including both under 7's with the Foxes at Harborough and the Hawks at Kirby. The U13 Foxes go to Birstall and the seniors are at LDA Spartans.
