£50 non-refundable deposit to secure your week in skegness and we also ask for a £50 damages bond which you get back once keys are back and providing theres no damage. this can take upto 7 days to return! and the balance is to be paid up 4 weeks before your holidayif your child is prone to bed wetting please go to the shops on sealane and buy a £4 waterproof mattress protector.
OUR SITE IS CALLED THE GRANGE! ITS A BLUE ANCHOR SITE,
Set in a unique location The Grange is the only static caravan holiday park with direct access to Ingoldmells village. Within close walking distance of the site entrance you will find all the attractions and entertainments of the Lincolnshire coast, a bustling shopping area providing all the provisions you will require plus the village market and various Public Houses, Amusements, fast food outlets, restaurants and showbars and the beach With both the Anchor Lane and Sea Lane areas of Ingoldmells a mere 10 minute walk in opposite directions from the site you will find easy access to all the major attractions of this area. its in the heart of everything.
What you have to bring
All you will need to take with you is your
bedding,
sheets,
quilt,
pillows
and towels and a tea towel
everything else is provided
please leave the van in the same conditions you arrived in! all cleaning products are under the sink and hoover is in the boiler if needed.
Terms and conditions
To book we ask for a booking deposit of £50 (non refundable).
The balance to be paid 4 weeks before the start date of your holiday.
We also ask for a £50 refundable breakage bond which will be refunded after the caravan has been checked proving the caravan has been left clean and tidy and everything put back away, rubbish has to be put in the bin , All breakages / damage to be replaced and paid for by you. Please treat this caravan like your own! If you cancel the booking under the 4 week period prior to your holiday arrival date we will refund half of the total holiday balance. if you over occupy our caravan you will be asked to leave and cut your holiday short with no refund!

NO SMOKING in the caravan at anytime there is a veranda you can smoke on but you have to close the door or the smoke alarm will go of! And put your butts in a sand bin outside.
NO pets
and NO hen or stag parties groups
NO same sex young groups, message me if its going to be an all adults holiday b4 booking! as its a max of 4 adults
to rent you have to be over 20 years

fantasy island fun fair is just around the corner on sealane it has some extreme rides-looping roller coasters not for the faint hearted and loads of rides for the little kids indoors and outdoors. around the fun fair is eastgate market which is on everyday all year round. Eastgate Market is about 10 mins walk (apparently it's the biggest indoor /outdoor market in Europe OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK). The fashion catwalk with shows 3 times a day amusements pubs and takeaways all at your fingertips.
The Countryman pub across the road with family room (the roast dinners are lovely). .

on coast fields is a swimming pool you can go to at a charge but i would go to the butlins pool and pay for the passes or go to the seafront in skegness at the fitness center and enjoy there outdoor pool.

and just a 5 min walk for here you would find more amusements shops and then onto the beach where you will find the bell inn pub on the sea front you can have a lovely walk along the promenade or beach. it goes on for miles with loads of pubs, amusements and evening entertainment along the way.

Just got home from a fantastic holiday in caravan 1 it was lovely clean and spacious for our family of 6 highly recommend staying there within walking distance to everything my children didn't want to leave thank you for letting us stay for the week we will defiantly be booking again in the future

Just got home from a fantastic holiday in caravan 1 it was lovely clean and spacious for our family of 6 highly recommend staying there within walking distance to everything my children didn't want to leave thank you for letting us stay for the week we will defiantly be booking again in the future
Just come back from a wonderful stay in c13 it was very clean and well equipped for a family of 6 and spacious and very easy to get to all attractions . Lovely and quiet and lovely neighbours can't wait for our next stay thank you very much xx
