We had lunch here today with our Shihpoo..... What a brilliant cafe. The food was delicious, homemade and good value and the staff were lovely and friendly. And Izzy got a helping of doggy sausage from the ā€œdogsā€ menu, she cleared the plate. We will definitely be back as there is lots of parking nearby and is convenient for the shops.

Was in this morning with our pup. It was nice to have a walk in Bitts Park and then go to the cafe where our dog was more than welcome!

On arrival one of the staff got a bowl of water for the dog and took our food order. We got 2 breakfasts which were pretty good! Cumberland sausage was really tasty and everything was cooked as it should be. Toast was also good quality bread. We got coffee too and it was the best coffee Iā€™ve had in Carlisle (Bruce & Lukeā€™s coffee).

The pup had a liver cake which didnā€™t last long so no complaints from him! He also had a play with the other dogs and met some new pals which was awesome.

Canā€™t recommend enough. We will definitely be back!

Took my 2 kcc and my mams westie today for lunch was expecting it maybe to be a bad idea as one of my kcc can be yappy and a bit funny with strange dogs. Well the outcome was way better than expected they loved it and was so nice to see all the dogs playing together. The food was lovely and the scones amazing. We got the dogs there own afternoon tea. They loved it. Highly recommend will defently be visiting again soon.

User

Took Taco Belle the boxer in for her birthday treat today. She loved it, she demolished her dog sausages and by the amount she licked the bowl I think I can say she loved them. My food was good. Everything about this cafe is about the dogs which is brilliant. They are made so welcome, donā€™t have to be on the lead. Dogs were playing and just enjoying the freedom and fun. Lots of dog toys, although taco is only interested in balls. Which she could have had the dog High tea which come with a tennis ball but I didnā€™t want to over spoil her.

Got her a muffin to take away for the train journey home. Apple and cheese, she loved it.

User

Popped in today with my daughter as we had heard about the place and often drive past it. She loves dogs but we donā€™t have one at home due to work commitments and already having a cat ! It was lovely and friendly and everyone was very chilled out. Lots of happy dogs to pet and the food was really nice and tasty, much better than other cafes in town that charge a lot more ! The Victoria Sponge was one of the best Iā€™ve ever tasted and I consider myself a cake expert !

Will 100% be back and the guy there ( think he was the chef/owner) said they are thinking about trying pizza nights in the evening sometime in the future so would definitely be interested in that !!!

Brilliant cafe if you have a dog with you or not! Little bit quirky and different but then the best places are ! ļæ½

User

Popped in today for a quick late breakfast, brought our little miniature poodle who had a good time watching the younger ones run around. Lovely atmosphere, nice price, friendly staff and so nice to let the dogs run around and socialise. Will definitely be going back ļæ½

User

Popped in today (minus my pooch) as I was shopping in town. I was made to feel very welcome. The man serving me explained today's menu, it sounded lush, however I just opted for a pot of tea and a slice of lemon drizzle cake, which was truly awesome! Lots of friendly doggies and their human's paid a visit while I sat and enjoyed the warm of the sun today. This place is a doggy lovers heaven and i can't wait to pop back with my 4 legged baby Boo.

User

Popped in last Sunday for a drink and made to feel very welcome. The food that was served looked really nice so we went today for breakfast. Again made to feel very welcome and the breakfast was lovely. We enjoyed our time there so much we went back later on for another drink.

The owner and customers are so friendly which really makes this place (along with the very nice food and reasonable prices). Dogs can be let of the lead which is good for socialising them and no one minds a but of barking. It's a good job as ours likes a good bark.

Highly recommended.

Me and hubby took our wee Westie Tilly here for brunch, it was our first visit to this cafe and we will definitely be going back again soon!! as soon as we entered the cafe we were given a lovely friendly welcome by its owner and staff. We just loved the setting and the decor, we were able to let Tilly just roam round the cafe freely, while we sat relaxing enjoying the delicious food. We chatted to other dog owners and Tilly got to meet and play with several other wee dogs, two being the owners own dogs Suzie and Stevie Nix who were just so cute. A cafe like this has been so needed in Carlisle and we wish you all the best! See you all again soon. ļæ½

Fourth visit today in 10 days. We love this place and Deedee my Jackapoo thinks it's the best place ever. She now yelps with excitement when we turn into the street.

Fabulous menu for both dogs and humans and all homemade. Deedee recommends the doggie sausage and liver cake, she is usually a fussy madam but loves these every time. The owners and staff are all very welcoming and you never feel alone as everyone talks to each other.

The dogs have fun meeting and greeting each other while their humans eat and natter.

There should be a cafe like this in every town where dog owners can sit in the warm with their pets instead of shivering outside with cold food and drinks.

A place filled with happy dogs is much preferred to one filled with screaming unruly kids.

This will be a regular stop for us

User

Fantastic!! About time that there was somewhere in town we could take our dogs to. Maisey & Sasha love it here. Sasha is making friends & influencing people to the Rottie breed! ļæ½ļæ½ Canā€™t recommend it enough to my fellow pooch owners. Friendly, service is great & the food is really tasty. Think weā€™re going to be regulars here!

User

Fantastic little cafe. Hubs, doggo and I have visited several times now and enjoyed each visit. Lovely to have somewhere that I feel our girl is safe and catered for both environment and menu wise. The best scones I've ever had!!

User

Fantastic concept & perfectly done. Fully dog friendly with them allowed to have free run of the front of house. Water & treats available with some fantastic doggy friendly food treats on offer.

The human food choice is superb too. You can't fault this place at all. Brilliant & hope it goes from strength to strength.

User

Amazing place, my doggy Rocco had a fab time sniffing other dogs bottoms and being allowed to investigate around the cafe. The cafe has a really laid back vibe lovely staff and delicious home made cakes, will be back soon to try some savoury stuff on the menu and perhaps some high tea with my main man Mr Rocco. If we could give 10 stars we would ļæ½
