300ml double cream ... 50g unsalted butter 300g good quality dark chocolate Cocoa powder for dusting
1. Chop chocolate add to bowl, in a pan melt the butter and cream together on a low heat until butter is fully melted and cream is gently simmering 2. Pour the warm cream and butter mix over the chopped chocolate, mix gently until all chocolate is melted (you could add a table spoon of booze here if you want something extra special!) 3. Leave to set in the fridge for 4-5 hours 4. Roll into balls and coat in cocoa powder! 5. Try not to eat them all before your guests arrive 😉
