April is Bowel Cancer Awareness Month and a great time to show support for Movember, an incredible charity that are changing the face of men’s health. We are proud to work in partnership with them!

A polite reminder that we are closed. We, as Gould Barbers, do not endorse “mobile barbering” during this time. Your safety is important and social distancing is the way to limit the spread of the virus.

With all these shaved heads we’re seeing, how long until the boots and braces make a come back?

A week in and our barbers are gagging to get back behind these chairs!

Just a reminder that our tools are down for the foreseeable. Got to admit, we are missing you guys a lot! How’s isolation going for you all?

Whilst we are closed, we will be having a deep clean in all shops so that we are ready to open our doors again when it is appropriate. Stay safe everyone!

Thank you to all of our amazing barbers and incredible customers. This isn’t the end, we are simply hitting the pause button to help prevent the spread of Covid-19.

We are open today as usual and will keep you updated when we are able to open again.

Hand washing facilities are available in our shop and we have extended our strict and robust cleaning policies in the shop. If you have a cough or cold, please do not come in to the shop for a haircut in the interest of staff and customer safety.

We are still open but we will be keeping an eye on government advice. If this changes we will let you know through our social media channels!

For the foreseeable future, we are offering 20% all services to all NHS workers. Thank you for keeping us safe!

Due to the ongoing developments surrounding Covid-19 (Coronavirus) we have taken appropriate action to increase our already robust health and hygiene procedures. Hand washing facilities are available in all shops and where possible, we are sourcing hand sanitiser. An increased wait for your barber may incur as we will be sterilising all barber chairs between customers. All tools and combs will continue to be sterilised as they were before the outbreak. Some barbers may take the precaution to wear gloves whilst cutting hair. Please see this as a positive step and not in any way discriminatory. We do ask that if you are presenting signs of the virus or you have travelled to one of the impacted countries, you wait until after your isolation period to visit us for a haircut.

Children are always welcome at Gould Barbers. We are family owned and family friendly!
