Good afternoon, Unfortunately Main Street, Norton Disney has experienced a power cut from 1 p.m today and not being restored until estimated time of 7:30p.m this evening. We have had to make the decision to close for the whole evening. Apologies for any inconvenience.... there is not much we can do. Becky & Matt
Bank Holiday Monday at The Green Man...... we have extended our opening hours tomorrow..... 12-2:30 p.m. Lunch service Open for drinks all day 6-8:30 p.m. Dinner service

we came for a meal on 09/03/16 we were very impressed with the decor it had a very warm cosy feel. I do have to say the food is very very good we decided to try the rib-eye steak as i think you can tell how good a restaurant/pub going to be by how things like the steaks are cooked, i have to say that both mine and my partners was cooked just right and we did not need to use a steak knife to cut it with it was that tender, the rest of the meal was top quality to. keep doing what you are doing Becky and Mat and you will soon make a name for yourself as the place to eat. good luck and we will be recommend you to all the guests that come to stay at our site (oakhill-leisure). We've been to this pub on a number of occasions it has a quality feel and always had a friendly welcome and great service and great food. The garden is just perfect for our dog to have little run about and has good views of the surrounding fields
We went here for the first time this weekend, it was a busy time but they managed to fit us in as we hadn't booked. All staff friendly, polite and welcoming. Great food, really enjoyed it and will definitely be returning. Decor and interior is very lovely too �
We have just been for dinner at the Green Man and having been there a number of times before we were hoping since its take over that it would still live up to its quality country pub standards and it most certainly does! We took our friends from Australia who are over staying and we were all impressed with the food quality and the standard of service. Living up the road in Witham we will certainly be back again. Thanks team keep up the good work.
Visited today for our lunch stop on a 20 mile walk from Lincoln to Newark. Had the Steak & Blue Cheese Ciabatta which was cooked to perfection. Nice chips and salad too. Ideal portion size and super yummy. Staff were warm, friendly and accommodating and we didn't wait long for our food. Loos were clean, smelled fresh and had luxury hand towels I have never seen in a pub before. 5*
The staff are friendly and helpful also very efficient, food was hot and fresh cooked. I have no hesitation in recommending the Green Man to anybody.
Love the place - Becky and her people are wonderful and Matt produces some wonderful dishes - never had a poor meal yet �
It was the first time my mum and I had been to this pub. Upon arrival it felt like we had walked into a warm cosy home. The atmosphere was very inviting and the log fire warmed us up a treat. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. The food, well... that was just delicious, compliments to the chef. They even had my mums favourite New Zealand wine! I will definitely be returning to sample some more delights from the menu. Thank you for creating such a lovely relaxed evening.
The only thing I would mention is that the pub got quite busy towards the end of the evening and it was week night, so I would always recommend booking a table in advance. �
Had an incredibly fabulous meal here last night with family. Wow. It's been a long time since I've been so impressed with the quality of any food while dining out. Three course meal for three people with drinks and a lovely bottle of good Saint-Émilion was £120. Great value for food that should be winning awards!
Had a lovely evening, food was fantastic and although the pub/restaurant was very busy and we hadn't booked, we managed to get a table outside, it was a lovely evening and with the gorgeous soft cuddley blankets provided we ate in total comfort, we would definitely recommend it, just a perfect evening and we will definitely do it again! 😍
Food was faultless , the surrounding and staff wet friendly and very professional! Great place x
First time at the Green Man today for lunch and what a treat. The pie was fabulous and the extra jug of gravy the best I have ever had. All our meals where top quality and great service. Will definitely be going again and looking forward to trying the Sunday lunch. Would highly recommend a visit 😀
Father’s Day and packed to the rafters but quality of food and service remained top class and all with a smile and pleasant banter .
Came here today (27/02/18) with my uncle, etc and had a really nice sandwich/soup lunch and a delicious beer. Yummy. I did state that it was as nearly as gorgeous as me.....complimentary indeed. �. The service from the two delightful ladies was fantastic. We are visiting from Norfolk so we won't be able to come back as often as I'd like.....but I will definitely return. Ps sorry about my yawning.....it wasn't you I promise. �
Came for family Sunday lunch - first time visit certainly won't be our last. Lovely pub - beautiful setting and interior was very tastefully decorated. We all enjoyed our meals and service was excellent. Looking forward to returning. Many thanks. ����

A lovely, friendly pub. The ambiance was warm and inviting and the staff were welcoming and attentive. There was an excellent selection of food and drink both which were of good quality. An excellent experience and I would definitely go back
