Went to gsm in search of a track day helmet and the help and advice on what to buy and what to get for me needs was very good. Would definitely recommend this place � and decent set of staff very helpful and very polite.

Visited here the other day to enquire about race suits and I was greeted by Ben. From the off, he asked what i was looking for and how can he help. He promptly began explaining each type of suit, the regulation and uses of each, followed by sizing and trying to find a suitable fit.



Overall very good service, Ben was very knowledgable and helpful, highly reccommended. Thanks Again.

Visited GSM performance to today and spoke to gareth, was in to have a browse of bucket seats for my upcoming drift car build and wasn't sure what I wanted. Gareth couldn't have been more helpful and friendly in the process, teaching us what you can and can't do with harnesses and seat mounts he was clearly very knowledgeable on the safety aspects of performance vehicles and helped me decide on the Mirco RTS. Thank you for all your help!

The service from these guys was very good, emailed back and forth sorting out all the bits for the bucket seat I wanted, once it was all sorted, I ordered and was at mine the next day! Awesome delivery time and great help from them!

So far so good, went up to the show room and they were very helpful in giving information to help us choose my chosen seats. They didn't badger me whilst trying them out or to buy the most expensive ones, supplied me the information I asked for and help me with the correct fitment. I haven't yet received my seats but I can't wait to do so! So far so good :)

He asked what requirements I needed and showed me the seats that fitted that and left me to find the seat that I found the most comfy. After 10 minutes or so I found something I liked and had a comparison to the other 2 I found with that we found the micro rts to be the seat of choice also saving me money from a different brand that was another 220 quid on top. For customer service you cannot beat it would highly recommend them it was worth the 3 odd hour drive there �

I visited the GSM Performance showroom last month. They had an excellent selection of bucket seats and the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. It is well worth the trip if you are looking to buy kit for your car.

I recently bought a pair of Bimarco seats and Sabelt harnesses from GSM. This is the second time I’ve bought seats and harnesses from them. I just wanted to thank you for your excellent customer service and wide range of products.

I ordered my tillett B6 carbon seats for my kit car all the team were super helpful in helping me choose the right spec of seat for my and then helping customise is with some tillett pads. They also hooked me up with one scroth belts too.



All through the process they kept me updated with progress and I can’t recommend them enough.



To find a company that still values there customers is very rare in today’s marketplace...

Couple months ago I purchased TRS harness from GSM Performance and the only thing that I can say is that everything from their communication to taking care of the delivery options was absolutely perfect. Every detail of my order was well looked after and I had a great time shopping from them!

Bought a Momo Steering Wheel Boss Kit for a Fiesta from GSM, having been sent the incorrect one from a well known purveyor of performance parts. The service was quick and the price was good. I asked for advice on brakes for my Fiesta some time ago, and although I did not end up buying any parts, the advice was sound and given freely by very helpful and knowledgeable staff. A pleasure to deal with, and they will be my first port of call in the future, should I need anything stocked by GSM.

1’st class service from the guys at GSM really helpful over the phone and extremely fast in getting the right information and quotation we needed on a safety Devices rollcage we need for a project car also beating the quotes from other suppliers that we had.

Ordered a set of seats for a Ariel atom in January. Paid for the seats and was told 4-6 weeks delivery.

After waiting for 8 weeks and just getting automated messages saying someone will call back and no one every called back.

Finally got told that there had been a error on ordering and the steel work was not up to standard. So then after several phone calls to see when they would come got told they were being sent start of April. Almost 3 months later.

Seats finally turned up they were ok not exactly the right pattern but would of been happy with them if they would of fitted.

The seats were missing the side mounting plates as the were side bolted seats. And the adapter plates to mount them to atom frame was made to the wrong Shape car even though they were specifically ordered for a slopped bottom car.

Then when we phone GSM to tell them the problems I was then told that I didn't know how to fit the seats correctly and didn't know what I was doing.

So that was final straw.

Had to drive to the showroom to take them back and get a refund and was not even offered any compensation or an apology.

Honestly just been hassle from them.



The seats I have been sent the photos of the seats showed the older range of seats so I thought I was buying the smaller harness hole ones when in fact I was buying the newer bigger harness hole ones which isn’t the same seats in the slightest when I ring up there customer services I told them that there advertising the wrong product and I got a reply of “well what you want me to do about it?” Which quite frankly is a joke and when I then complained to the manager/owner he then had a very casual attitude and brushed of the complaint. Not even a offer of like I’m sorry sir here’s 10% of you next purchase or anything just struggled it off.



The seats were ordered and it said on the invoice 2-4 days delivery and I pulled up the fact there different on the 7th day and then after I raised the complaint they finally dispatched them so in all they were late.



And on arrival the seats have a (granted) small scratch but it just adds to the long list of shit I’ve faced with this half arse company.



Wouldn’t recommend in the slightest.
