Going forward the main party leader will need to present a form of identification that confirms their name and address on arrival, without this unfortunately we will be unable to allow you to stay on site. Thanks Hankin Farm Campsite

Hi everyone, it’s been a while since our last post. The campsite is now fully open for another season with a few small changes. The prices have had a small increase but showers are now free, the new prices are detailed in the services section of our Facebook page. We have wood for sale at £4 a bag but must stress fires are used at your own risk and must be kept off the ground! We have fire pits available if needed which are free to use with a £20 deposit which will be returned to you once the fire pit is returned to us, anyone with a fire on the ground will be asked to leave. Thanks Hankin Farm Campsite

Last minute decision to go camping for the bank holiday weekend and Hankin farm had pitches available. Was only 1hr drive away. The campsite was a simple sloping field with amazing views, a shower block, Loos & pot washing area. We all loved it. Everyone there was friendly, there’s a stream running along the edge of the field with a rope swing! Would definitely recommend it, even our teenager enjoyed herself

Fabulous views of Crich Tower and Derwent valley as the site is on an elevated position, lots of walks from the site both to Ambergate, Cromford, Crich, Wirksworth, Alderwasley village, lovely farm owners who are very helpful and friendly alongside many friendly van owners and campers. Very laid back, very relaxed. Fabulous starry skies on a clear night
