I always find my experience here to be a positive one. The salad bar is almost always fully stocked with fresh food and every meal I've eaten has been spot on for the price. Not Michelin star but then I wouldn't expect it to be!! The staff are very busy yet very friendly and attentive at the same time. Will visit again and again. Well done guys, keep up the good work...

Definite improvement in the staff and service under the new management, great location for meeting up with friends. Service was prompt and professional, food well cooked and the salad cart was fresh with plenty of choice. What more could you want?

We were shown to our seats straight away. Waitress came to take our drinks order very soon after ,and we waited a short time for drinks to come. She took food order and although she was in training, checked order to make sure it was correct. Didn't have to wait too long for food to arrive. Children got colouring pack. Didn't feel rushed to eat and leave. Will go again. The unlimited soft drinks were a bonus.

Me and my daughter went for a late lunch we had booked a table for 3pm and arrived at about 2.30 there was a table ready so we went straight in the waitress took quite a while to come back to us to take our order and then to bring the glasses for our drinks and we had to ask someone else for the bill , the food came out freshly cooked and pipping hot I had ordered the original combo of chicken and ribs unfortunately there was no sauce on the ribs and they were a bit dry but there was no one around to say to and no one came to ask if everything was okay with our meal, it wasn't overly busy but there only seemed to be two waitresses working.

Booked a table for 2 people at 5 and arrived a little early. The place was quiet so was shown straight to a table. Had a couple of minutes to look over the drinks menu and had my order taken promptly. Next we had our food order taken and the food arrived in a speedy manor. The only problem i had (and i am quite fussy) is that my chicken was only JUST cooked. It was definitely food safe but i would of happily waited just another couple of minutes to have it cooked that little bit more.. The service was impeccable and the staff could not have been better. We left with a smile on our faces and bellies rather full!!

Staff warm & friendly but 45 min wait to be seated when not super busy? & Christmas dinner main course & salad bar disappointing 😞 x3 inserts of noodle salad & x3 inserts close to empty, 'roast' potatoes were deep fried & vegetables were beyond over cooked ! Dessert lovely & child meal up to Harvester normal standard. Vegetables need attention in particular , absolutely awful 😞 . Will return as restaurant over all much cleaner than both Windsor & Langley ones 😊

Service was very slow wrong drinks brought to the table food was OK. pudding were very nice. Also notice loads of rubbish under our table and the benches. not just 1day worth more like a month of crumbs an rubbish need new cleaners

Food was not to bad but I did notice that it was on the counter waiting to come to our table for some time perhaps due to being busy or not enough staff on to serve on tables

Came with my husband and our 3 children for lunch. Not particularly busy, lots of free tables. We were seated and given menus but then had to wait a while for our order to be taken. Our waitress had no idea what drinks were even available when asked. Once we managed to order we had to wait ages for our drinks, my husband asked twice as it took so long! My daughter ordered apple & blackcurrent which came out like coloured water so we had to ask for it to be flavoured more. As we were sat by the kitchen we could see the food had been served up but was then left sitting under hot lamps waiting for it to be bought out. Food was ok, nothing special. Kids wanted desert but there was no way we were going to wait any longer. Would I go back, nope probably not.

We have been to Harvester On Easter Sunday ... I had the rotisserie chicken and my fiancé 10oz steak. My chicken was okay, the corn was missing from the plate and the gravy sauce was a little at the bottom of the mug. Mine was eatable but my fiancé's steak was raw , we ordered medium rare but was actually raw and blood came out from it ....

the salat bar was so poor and the bread was extremely hard.

On the good side the waiter that served us was a sweetheart. Very polite and hard working girl. The star is only for herself.

We had pre booked a family bday meal for 6 adults and one child, it took 20mins for the bartender to do our order of drinks and then had to wait for one as they had run out of glasses, was shown to our table and noticed there was only one poor waitress serving our floor. Waited for 15mins for waitress to take our order so went to the salad cart to discover there was no plates or bowls, no butter for the bread rolls then when the waitress took our order we waited over an hour for our food to arrive. There was a hair in one meal, and the child's ribs were burnt to a cinder not flame grilled!

They knocked off half our bill and hats off to the poor waitress who obviously couldn't cope.

Bad management, poor training and lack of clean plates and glasses in a restaurant. Certainly won't be back there again. Shame as we really enjoyed going there.

This is more like a factory than a restaurant. Very Disappointed to say the least even if I was not expecting much.

Staff are always nice and pleasant. But food is always burnt son had sausages and Yorkshire.sausages were like bricks of charcoal and even the Yorkshire pudding on the bottom was like charcoal how can they manage it I don’t know. Chicken was black and dry how could spit roast chicken be so dry and the ribs again dry and like charcoal. No straws for two weeks so all the he little ones struggle to drink there drinks. Salad bowls are always dirty salad bar messy and everything is mixed together Thousand Island source always empty.

Poor food. Very poor food .no care taken over the whole menu design needs a complete rethink on salad bar as everything taste the same water like no seasoning just drab to be honest

Oh dear, Nightmare before Christmas. Why fully book your santa breakfasts if you cant staff it, cant maintain the buffet (not even cups for 30 mins) and the staff that are there are dismissive, rude and uninterested!? Thanks for spoiling the start to my Christmas with family, i'm now eating a gross mcDonalds 👎

Crap bacon and sausages, not helped by being burnt. Bacon crispy and black. Yes I did complain. The waitress was nice, she should be greeting people not that sour face.

Father's Day 2017...Service, food and venue were bad..

no ice as both ice machines broken and it was more than 30 degrees outside .. the air con could not cope and everyone including the staff were sweating .

Food was the worst I've ever had .. my 86 year old dad loves the fish and chips there and insisted on going for Father's Day .. 3 of us had fish and chips and 3 of us left it ..fish had no taste , and was mushy .. ice cream served up in a bowl melted , so was more like a bowl of milkshake .. very very disappointed !!!

Do not eat at this restaurant. The service here is atrocious. Nobody greeted us the service at the bar seemed to be by a child. We had a table booked for half past two and was not ‘cleaned’ until ten to three and then promptly given to another party who had not booked!! We then had to wait for another table to be cleaned and then for that party to be moved. That party then had their order taken and received their food before us. Main courses still hadn’t come after half an hour. Not to mention the toilets were absolutely disgusting and one of our party was threatened with being stabbed with car keys just for moving out of the way so someone with a walking stick could get through. Nobody here seems to know what they are doing or willing to take responsibility.
