Arrived around 6.00pm. Not very busy, it was a Monday after all, but within minutes it filled up

Service was excellent as was the food. The evening menu is very good value and the salad and bread rolls were lovely and fresh. A very enjoyable evening.

16 of us went last night had the Xmas 3 course meal every thing was perfect. beautifully presented nice and warm and all meals came out together. table looked lovely especially with complimentary bubbly! tanni browne the bob Marley tribute show was the entertainment omg he was AMAZING he had everyone up dancing from the first song !a BIG thank you to all the staff especially rielle who helped with the booking/orders etc,,she organized a brilliant night we can't wait to see wot the next one is she does,your staff are a credit to you x

Came for our daughter's birthday, staff were friendly and accommodating. Love coming for breakfast( when we have time ) on the Saturday morning. Coming back for sure.

Seems to have gone down hill. Midweek, half empty, had to physically stop every waitress to get served. Chips cold. We had 2 couses..took 2hrs. A review of staffing levels needed.

Lovely staff very helpful friendly and made my friends birthday nice my food did come out wrong but they soon resolved it

Love the Harvester but on this visit luke warm food. Disappointed but staff were attentive.

We went for the first time for my mum's birthday and wont be returning.Not alot of choice for vegetarians and what we did order was only warm.My husbands salmon was greasy.We ordered two lattes and they were Luke warm.The only good thing was the salad bar.Sorry but first impressions not good so won't be returning.

We arrived not very busy for a Saturday afternoon, FOH staff were friendly, we had already witness someone complain about they food or lack of it he'd refused to pay and left we had our starters which were ok, our mains came out we had 1 steak and 1 chicken with a side of onion rings which were Luke warm so we asked for them to been changed the waiter was gone for around 2 minutes he arrived back with the same onions as these were still Luke warm think they been placed under the hot light hopping they warm a little more so sent them back and finally had fresh Ones which took around 5 had to send the peppercorn sauce back as this warm Luke warm and had the skin on the top where it had been sat under the hot light for at least 10-15 minutes .. this am assuming the skin was removed and it was rewarmed, then came steak which we asked for medium cut into it and it's rare food swimming in the blood !!! so asked for a recook for it to come out exactly the same !!!! Our date night ruined !!!

Meal ruined!! I will NOT be returning... the FOH staff where very friendly just seemed leaking confidence

I asked for a table for two but didn't realise we were going to be joined by company. When I say company I mean a nest of ants crawling on the floor and table. This table was also right next to the kitchen. I would not eat here again for my own health.

Got there early before the rush were seated at a table the the member of staff left us and didnt come back 25 mins later a guy came over to take our our order and drinks order starter came very quick was hot and nice so looked forward to our main combo 83 when it chicken looked burnt and was a little dry gravy was warm not hot ribs had no sauce with in 2 mins of getting food chips were cold was expecting better it was our first trip to this place didnt stay for pudding as trying to get to get hold a member of staff was a night mare so payed and left wont be returning

Went this morning for breakfast, waited over 35 mins for the breakfast to be served, once it arrived all of it was over done! Had a bit of each plate and told them to take it back and they gave us a refund. Probably the most disgusting breakfast I've had in my life. Also alot of the glasses for the orange juice had very sharp chips in them!

Very poor too say the least/Christmas team meal,some what rude waitress/menu option problems,poor quality plus more .. will be contacting head office�
