The service was very good, the food was excellent would go again

Ive all ways found it pleasant and polite hear. I have a child with special needs and they allways try and give him what he wants. Ive allways found the food very nice and my kids love the salad bar.

I have to say we only came for breakfast because Toby carvery was shut �

However I will not be returning back to the Toby for breakfast yours was better by a country mile!

Came in with the whole family. We were shown to a table not even moment after coming in. The service was great and the dinner also perfect. Kirsty, our server, was the perfect host and was prompt and very polite. She had a friendly air and a huge smile on her face. We will definitely come by again!!!

Came in on Sunday just gone, it was Remembrance Sunday so presumed it would be busy and indeed it was!



We hadn’t booked so knew we’d be waiting, but the wait wasn’t excessive and the staff at the bar and on the front counter were very friendly despite the stress! We found a seat in the bar before being called through. They’d told us 20 minutes, it was 15, no complaints.



Ordered just Mains this time (the salad bar works for me as a starter) and had the Ribs, I’m not too sure how they do them, ie whether they are genuinely slow cooked or brought in, but they tasted exactly as Id have expected and have no complains.



Staff were quick to serve us and make sure all was OK with food and drinks.



Will be back, but will book!

4of us went in sat down no problem ordered our meals my wife only wanted a lite bite and the waitress said don't be giving her your salad it's for main meals only then she gave us our bill and we were still drinking not do you want another drink here's your bill food want to bad service poor

The food was great, I especially love the salad bar and Red Devil sauce. We had a lovely meal and night out, however the service was really slow, the girls that were on were more occupied with what jobs they were going to do that night than clearing tables and spent most the time chatting with each other. Despite this I will never stop going to the harvester. Favourite place by far.

First time here for breakfast and it definitely won't be our last. lovely and fresh cooked, nice and hot. Just wish they did one cup of tea in with the £4.99 breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff & really good value for money. Just to say that why would I want unlimited coffee, ok it's nice to have that option but Im sure many would like just one mug of coffee or tea in as part of the deal!

Called in passing as we had never been before, weren't disappointed, friendly staff and good food. Will definitely use again when we are in Loughborough.

Been refurbished since my last visit. Good service, good food and a reasonable price. Salad bar is the differtiator for me!

I can't fault the food but the service was poor on this occasion. We have been a number of times and always felt that everything was spot on. I'm just glad that we didn't arrive when it was busy. Slow to ask for our order and slow to deliver it to our table. We could see the food on the counter, for at least 10 minutes, waiting to be brought to our table but even after the Chef had called for service numerous times staff still didn't respond. Also slow to clear the table and offer the desert menu once we had finished our main course. We won't be put off and will be back, just hope it was a one off. Staff need to do their chatting in the staff room or once everybody has been served and dealt with. Usually we would give it a 5.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant but I am afraid the food was very poor. The tables were very close together and the whole place just seemed like a school canteen. Not a place we would rush back to at all.

Meal was lovely but a gripe not so much from myself but more from my wife, she ordered a falafel and hummus wrap, on one of the wraps there was a slice of chicken attached to it, she didn’t kick up a fuss as my mother in law had ate it before I managed to complain. It made me wonder wether it had been cooked separately or not, I have the receipt and would like this sorting out if possible, regards!

Food was disappointing went for lunch had a childrens mash chicken n beans and it with gravy gravey wasnt very hot and didnt taste very nice and i had sirloin steak onions were cold! Chips were hard n not very nice only good part was the steak ! Deffinantly wasnt worth the price i paid! Very exspensive for the quality of food! Very disappointing

can’t “add” spinach to unlimited breakfast as it’s not “allowed” even tho can’t eat half what’s on menu !! No juice as the machines are empty - ordered a coffee and got charged for unlimited ....WONT be coming back anytime soon !!

Poor quality food. Not up to standards for price of meal

Just went for some lunch here, and the customer service from the waitress Becky was not good at all. We mentioned that the fries with our meal were horrible and over cooked and she gave us a dirty look. The steak on the mixed grill was undercooked and the chicken was very dry. Didn't feel reassured in any way, will not be returning unfortunately.

It was so disappointing. The salad cart was shocking! My meal was burnt, especially the jacket potato, it was gray on the inside. They took it off my plate at the table � and brought a new one which was just as bad. The waitress knew I was upset but said nothing and just avoided us so she didn't have to deal with a complaint.

I have been here twice; once for lunch, today for breakfast, and I am not coming back again.



For the lunch visit, the food was luke-warm at best, and had clearly been reheated several times, as it was also tough. The bread rolls were stale.



For this morning's breakfast, we were waiting over 40 minutes for our food to arrive. When it finally arrived, breakfast was finished, so if we wanted more food (we ordered the unlimited breakfast), we had to order to take away. My food came over with things missing, and things I didn't order, so when asking for no beans and fresh food where the beans had been, I was asked what was wrong with the food I wanted fresh.



The only decent aspect of both visits was the lady, Sue, who took our orders and sorted out everything for us both times.
