Here are some important tips for you or your loved one if they are taking 'water tablets' or diuretics to control high blood pressure or to reduce swelling as a result of a heart condition. We are back again! This time save a life and learn to recognise signs and symptoms of sepsis. SEPSIS does not discriminate and every hour 5 people in the UK die as a result of it. According to the Public Health England Weekly Influenza report there is evidence that influenza is starting to circulate in the community as activity indicators approach Baseline threshold levels. So, If you are a) pregnant or b)over 65 years of age or c) under 65 and suffer from any of the conditions below you are eligible for a flu vaccine. It is not too late to get vaccinated.
