Evening, we've taken the decision to close our Louth store until further notice. After discussing this at length, and in light of recent goverment information we feel that the responsible thing to do is close, this will protect our customers, team and secure our futures.
We understand that this is a time of uncertainty and we wanted to deliver our experience for as long as possible, to offer some form of 'normality' but we feel that people should listen to official advice and... stay at home.
Moving forward, our online operation will continue to deliver goods for as long as possible, and to allow people to continue shopping with us we've reduced our delivery fee to £2.
Express delivery is no longer available to remove any unnecessary strain from Royal Mail.
Customer support will still be operational as we'll be working remotely but please bare with us as response time may not be as quick as normal.
