Flat roof that was finished this week. Originally torch on felt with a ton of repairs over the years the customer wanted it stripped off and redone. Insulated, firrings put on, boarded and finished with RubberBond. New fascias and guttering as the old roof had an internal outlet for rain water that caused nothing but problems. Stripped, insulated and boarded by us. Fascias and guttering by Now Build. RubberBond by Chris Haynes.

Slater that we stripped off and reroofed with Marley Eternit Thrutone. New ridges and fiberglass valley as the old lead one was split and ready for changing. Chimney ground out, repointed and capped off.

A couple of lead bays we did earlier this month. Stripped off, new mopstick and code 5 lead put back while still saving the cover flashing. Leadwork by Chris Haynes

Chimney had been leaking for some time. Taken down and capped over, great muckwork from Liam and Anthony. Nice little Saturday job while the rain has finally stopped for a bit.

Three separate roofs, all on the same property we have recently finished. Garage, barn and a oak frame porch.
