Our Hiit session this morning included mobility, core and a workout to strengthen muscles and burn fat. These sessions are particularly beneficial for runners of all level, helping to build strength and core and fitting in easily to ensure you still have the time to follow a running or cycling training plan, supported by the strength work you need to prevent injury. Here's what we did in just 30 minutes.

Slow mountain climber holds. Deceptively ab-burningly effective. We did a 10 min core session today at Hiit, followed by leg and glutes for runners and still managed to fit in a yoga flow for mobility.
As a runner or cyclist - or just a busy person - strength work is vital. With our 30 min hiit sessions at The Level Friday 6.30am or 7am or Hove Park 8pm weds, you can do all of that.
