By now I’ve just about mastered what I learned at Manchester Hoop Congress last year. This year I managed a great balance of challenge and achievement. It’s mind and body blowing at times but such a welcoming place to learn. Excellent teachers, friendly students - what a fab fun weekend. ⭕️❤️🎈🤸♀️

This is the time of year when I tend to reflect most on my hoop progress. This was my first year of performing #firehoop and these were taken at #equinoxfestival. I went as one of the crowd and was asked to be in the #fireshow. I was so happy. I love seeing what’s possible as I go along in life. Wow. I just ran a beginner session for a local yoga group - mostly of a certain age (as am I) - and they threw themselves into it with gusto, had loads of laughs and made it the most enjoyable experience.
Thanks to Sharon Herriot for recommending me, and a huge shout out to Columbine Yoga for being an enthusiastic and pretty darned skilful bunch.
And I almost forgot thanks to Circus Hub for the loan of some extra beginners hoops - it was a big class!... 💕⭕️🤸♀️
