The Bison - Sleeping 16 - Our biggest project yet at Bainland. Two Lake side lodges with a private decked veranda which links the two lodges. This allows one family to book two lodges with 4 ensuite bedrooms in each, making a total of 8 bedrooms.
These lodges designed by Linda Barker in olives and dark woods are just stunning and will be a great setting for a family gathering or a significant birthday party.
The two lodges can only be accessed with your own key fob which open...s the large wooden gates to your own private driveway and into your two lodges. Once inside and through the French doors you are standing on your private decking overlooking an 80 meter lake and surrounding woodlands. This is as private as it gets we think this is our best setting for our best new lodges.
Each lodge is very spacious with a fully stocked kitchen and lounge in the centre of the lodge and two bedroom with ensuite on either side.
• 8 bedrooms with 8 ensuite rain forest shower room. • Each bedroom has ample room for a cot. • The king size beds can be split into twin beds. • Each bedroom has a smart 32 inch TV which is fully connected to our WIFI allowing you to watch movies in bed! • The kitchen has all Bosch appliances including an American Fridge Freezer with ice and water dispenser. • Full Le Creuset cookware allowing you to cook as much or as little as you want. • A retro video arcade machine with over 1000 games from the 70s, 80s and 90s • Massive sofa, to comfortably sit 8. • 8 Seater dining table.
Outside the lodge there are;
• Two sunken Jacuzzi hot tubs under a shingle gazebo overlooking the lake and mature woodland. • A 16 seater outdoor dining table • An outdoor pool table • An outdoor football table • Sun loungers and further seating • A large fire pit. • Lighting around your own private lake • A private garden area on each side of the lodges and a private walkway around the lake.

Glamping Safari Lodges - Sleeping up to 6!
These are our most exciting addition this year. Wifi and hot tubs are as standard! Each are in the quietest part of the park away from everyone else.
The bedrooms are a lovely wooden double bed in the main bedroom, a bunkbed in the second bedroom. The third bedroom is a double bed you have to climb into in a kind of chicken coup... with a den underneath for the children to play fitted with beanbags.
... Kitchen and living area includes a wonderful log burning stove, induction hobs, microwave, kettle, toaster and an outside BBQ for your evening meals. There is a dining table seating for 6, a sofa as well as a TV if you can't bear to be away. This is the way to camp!
All tents come with all bedding and robes and slippers to ensure you have all the creature comforts but yet still camping.

We have available one of our Epworth lodges for the half term week for a special price of £299 was £589. This lodge is ideal for a family with pets. Sleeping up to 6, these 6 beautifully presented, spacious three bedroom lodges are perfect for families to gather. The Eagle, Edlington and Elsham lodges consist of 1 master king size bedroom, with tv, dressing area and ensuite shower room. A further 2 king size bedrooms share a separate family shower room. The Elsthorpe, Easton ...and Ewerby lodges consist of 1 master king size bedroom, with tv, dressing area and ensuite shower room, and a further king size bedroom and twin bedroom which share a family shower room. The open plan living area and kitchen are furnished to a high standard with flat screen TV, DVD, dishwasher and fridge freezer. All the lodges except Ewerby have semi- private gardens where the Patio doors lead out onto a large decking area with sunken outdoor hot tub leading out to a large open space. All beds are made up prior to your arrival, and each guest is provided with one bath sheet, and one hand towel for the duration of your stay. The master suite will also receive 2 towelling robes for the duration of the stay, and additional robes are available to hire.
