Charlotte Lumley
... Charlotte has been practicing yoga for 5 years, having initially discovered it to be a useful tool to calm her mind. Since adopting a regular practice, she has found benefits extending to every corner of her life, and as a result of this was inspired to travel to Asia to become a certified yoga teacher. She has studied Buddhism in Nepal, practiced Yoga in Indonesia and in 2017 she completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in India. She teaches a wide range of abilities, but most enjoys teaching complete beginners.

🧘🏻♀️ MEET THE TEAM Mel Ellis
Mel first discovered yoga whilst living in South Korea and although she got a good workout from the classes she didn’t feel that she was getting the full experience of it because she wasn’t fluent in the language. On a trip to India and Nepal in 2005 she decided to deepen her knowledge and completed her Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga Vidya Gurukul in Nasik, India and has been teaching on and off ever since. She attended her first Hotpod Yoga class... earlier this year and being a bit of a fitness fanatic she instantly loved the extra challenge and energy of Hotpod Flow. Having a physical job and a passion for CrossFit has really highlighted the importance of good mobility and posture and for her yoga is the perfect tool for functioning efficiently in day to day life. Mel feels that the pod is a great escape and a real chance to focus on resetting your mind and body.
