Second General Meeting of Friends of Hove Lagoon!!!
Wednesday 18th January 2017 from 7pm at the Big Beach Cafe at the Lagoon. There will be free refreshments available.

Really lovely kids portions huge which was a surprise very happy children. Fish coujons 👍👍
Popped down as a last minute day trip in school hols when the sun came out. And the kids (4 and 6) LOVED it. The lagoon has loads going on, we saw some guys racing remote control boats, water skiiers practicing, kayaking, and there's a pirate lagoon which rents out pedalo's. We had a go on the trampolines and theres a bit for young kids with a bouncy castle and a little train, as well as crazy golf. We had a drink and an icecream from the cafe which had a nice vibe about it. Then we spent a good half hour in the paddling pool which is quite a large gated off area with picnic tables and benches.
Lastly theres a big park with slides, a pirate ship and sandpit.
We spent 4 hours there as that's what we put in the parking meter, but couldv'e easily spent the day, taking some time out on the beach paddling in the sea. We'll definitely be back.
Lovely environment we had a short play time very pleasant. Heaven for the kids. Justva bit windy on the day we went. Despite the wind ! Great for the surfers and the yatch but quite affective to the park ww will return on sunny day. Looking forward in returning to this fun even for lids and parent absolutely loved it.
Lots of water sports (book in advance ) Big beach cafe. .Free playground for children with splash pool. .Big Beach Cafe ...ice creams.
Paddle boats on the small lagoon. Bouncy Castle. Trampolines. Crazy golf.. All cost £2-3 pounds each.Bring a picnic and sit on grass inside the park..no dogs or outside.Skate park for youngsters. Toilets.
I had the most amazing day with my granddaughter yesterday.. so much to do.. and the weather was brilliant �
Smelly lagoon but the playground and shallow pool are great for kids. Good cafe.
