Really lovely ladies ! It was a pleasure to watch my little cousin try on dresses feeling so comfortable in their capable hands. They were both so helpful, honest and genuine with every opinion they had about the dresses she tried until she found the dress of her dreams!! Popped into the shop today after spotting a beautiful gown in the window. I was with my groom and we were immediately welcomed by Angela and her team. They were so friendly and the atmosphere was very relaxed. I've always been under the impression that bridal shops would be quite intimidating and very formal, but Iconic Bride was absolutely outstanding.

I was encouraged to take a look around, and although I was initially frightened to touch the gowns, Angela and her team insisted it was fine to remove them from the rack, and pop them on a hook to see them in a better light.

The customer service was outstanding, Angela and her team took the time to chat to us about the date of the wedding, the style we were going for, and other details. We felt like such valued customers because her attention to detail was second to none.

Angela talked me through the process of what happens in fittings, and all the different things to be considered when leading up to the day, and even offered advice on the kind of dresses to suit my body shape.

I was super impressed, so much so that I booked an appointment to go back tomorrow to try on a few of the stunning gowns.

It's obvious that Angela has a passion for what she does, the way she talks about the dresses and makes the brides feel like they're a million dollars.

The boutique is simply stunning, the lighting is inviting, the collections are beautiful and everything is absolutely enchanting.

I visited a few weeks ago and it was my first visit into a dress shop. I was instantly made to feel so relaxed and it was a perfect first experience of trying on dresses. I didn't feel pressured at all and I felt like nothing was too much trouble - from letting us take photos to trying veils with the dresses and even lending me a clip to keep my hair off my face! I cannot recommend Iconic Bride enough for the help and guidance they have given me with my Indian wedding dress crisis! Angela is so knowledgeable about dress care and although my gown wasn't purchased from the shop it needed some TLC and she recommended Terrington Burchett who have provided a stunning dress care service. Angela took care of the paperwork and acted as courier also providing a dress bag to keep it in until the big day. Thanks Angela, crisis averted X

From first walking through the front door Angela, the owner of Iconic Bride, was truly amazing. She made my Mum, sister, niece and I feel so welcome and went above and beyond the call of duty to help me find the most perfect wedding dress.
