I managed to get a very short notice appointment for a cut & blow. I have been in salons around the country where turning up in dirty work clothes would get you a very snooty look, not here, all the girls who dealt with me were very friendly, welcoming & polite. The head message was very relaxing and Nicola was great, honest with her recommendations (which is what I wanted). I would certainly recommend Identity to friends & colleagues. I hope to be in a position to visit again in the near future (for a colour, if I get enough time!!) Thank you.

Had my hair done after having dreadlocks and crashing it with bleach I walked out looking a different person my hair felt like hair for the first time in years and it's still going strong and growing back so well. The lady who did my hair too was absolutely fantastic and lovely.

Had my first ever colour done with Brooke and am so pleased with it. Wanted to keep it as natural as possible, and I couldn’t of asked for any better.....thank you Brooke!

Also had my haircut done my Eloise, again just asked for the bare minimum cut off my long hair and she done just that.....thank you Eloise! Will maybe try something a bit more adventurous next time �

Great salon - staff very attentive and friendly, Amy does my hair and always asks my preference for colour and cut with lots of guidance - also would like to recommend Sara for beauty - regular facials have improved my skin so much and nails and brows finish off the look! If you want good advice and a new look or just your old style improved on you can't go wrong here!
