Ok men of Clay Cross, Danesmoor & surrounding areas, are you fed up of having a βDad Bodβ? Do you keep thinking youβll get around to sorting your Health & Fitness out, but still sit on your settee at night?
Iβm starting a mans fitness membership at Chesterfield ABC in Danesmoor, this will be a fat stripping, circuit training, weighted cardio session, 3 times a week. It will include an initial weigh in, nutritional advice, then circuits that are designed to target specific are...as, a bit of boxing/MMA and Battle Ropes.......there will also be a lot of competitive fun πͺπΌππΌπ€£
I will be starting it the first week in December if/when we reach ten people. It will be on Monday & Friday at 20.00 & Saturday morning at 10.00.
The cost for this will be Β£40 per month, with 3 months payable up front. If you follow my guidance & put the effort in, I guarantee results! πͺπΌππΌ

Calling all Personal Trainers! We are expanding our private PT studio and relocating to a prime location right in the town centre and we would like another PT to join our team. We are looking for a qualified personal trainer, preferably with at least one year experience, to work on a self employed basis. You will be your own boss, book in your own clients and set your own earning potential. You will have access to our PT Studio of over 50 Sq M with equipment provided. We will... also have a fitness area of over 70 Sq M for you to use for classes. Use of our PT software which keeps track of your clients and keeps track of your diary. I'm not a morning person but I needed to start practicing what I preached to my clients
Running is my preference but I always found an excuse. Not disciplined enough for the gym...Personal trainer was my sensible option...it's now my best option. I've become stronger, toner and I love that I have a love hate relationship with Al. I hate him when he pushing me beyond my limits, love him because he's good and what he does and I can see it! Thanks Al.
Decided to go down the personal trainer route after failing to achieve anything at the gym.
I noticed the difference straight away. Al my trainer is brilliant, pushing me to the limits every time. I won't lie once a week was enough in the beginning but now as my fitness level have improved I now look forward to going and actually go twice a week. Al also does Boot camp on Sunday's, I went to last weeks and it was hard but good fun everyone was nice
The saying is true "No Pain No Gain"
I would recommend Al as a personal trainer
