Having almost completed a refurbish of a restaurant and not being satisfied, I asked Property Purpose to have a look at my project. I explained that I had three issues.



The restaurant did did not look or feel right.



Limited time prior to the scheduled opening date.

Imtiaz helped us deliver an 8 bedroom property for Homes Under the Hammer. We worked until 1am, so we could deliver the project ready for the TV crew the following day. She then stayed with us all day helping us make the rooms look perfect. Her communication throughout the project was great and we look forward to working with her again in the near future.

Imtiaz did a 5 bed HMO for me. It was fantastically furnished on a very realistic budget and Imtiaz was kind and flexible enough to work around some timing issues we had with our trades not completing their snagging which meant she had to stay on an extra day.



I have no doubt Imtiaz’s Work helped us let the rooms quicker and for a higher price than we would have achieved otherwise. I will definitely be using her services again
