popped in earlier this week for a quick pit stop from christmas shopping , ordered the milk hot chocolate and a malteaser cheesecake and i have to say the whole experience was fantastic � great customer service , fantastic dessert and lovely hot chocolate ... also popped in to me olde,s fudge pantry for a xmas present for a family member and ended up buying 2 bags of ferrero rocher fudge as a taste test and it is DIVINE � !! first time i have been in since it changed hands and well done to all the team coz this place is a real asset to the town �

Went in for a cuppa and a warm whilst waiting for my parents. Had a small dog with us who was made very welcome and all the staff made a fuss of us and him. Expensive drinks (£5 for a hot chocolate with a dash of baileys) but in my opinion worth every penny. Couldn't afford it everytime i wanted a brew but as a one off treat it was very much worth it! Delicious!

Went here with my Girlfriend yesterday, The Breakfast is amazing & The Hot Chocolate was the best I've EVER Had, The 2 pieces of free Chocolate you receive with your Hot Drink is such a good gesture. There was so much on the Menu I wasn't to sure what to have - It all looked lovely!



If I didn't live 3 hours away I would happily come here most days! - Keep up the fantastic work! :)

We often pop into Indulgence in Skegness as it’s dog friendly and the food and coffee is very good - we have a large dog but he is a good boy and lays next to us and does but cause a fuss - just pokes his nose up when the food arrives just in case it is for him😂 we tend to sit in the easy chairs near the door as there is room for the dog without him being under peoples feet - we always have been dealt with efficiently and the place is spotless

We make a bee line for this place, as we know the dog can go in, he's a good lad and just lays down quietly, their coffee is so lovely, always hot, we usually just have coffee and cake but yesterday we had a panini as well, such good value for money, so much cheese and the cherry scone was huge! There was a large party in having afternoon tea but that didn't mean that we weren't attended to. Well done to all, see you next time.

We always go in there with our two little dogs in their buggy it’s a lovely warm and friendly place for a coffee and sometimes a scone

Popped in with my mother and grandmother enjoy been waitered on danny himself... and i also loved his cheesecake he apparently made �� yummy... be back again �

My daughter and I tried Indulgence yesterday for the first time. I had tuna mayo salad, loads of tuna; daughter had chicken & cheese toasties lots of filling. Cheesecake for dessert, delish, what more can I say. Lovely surroundings, nice & cool. Definitely be going back. Staff were lovely too.

Lovely and clean, the staff are friendly and helpful we are always in here and at times it does get busy but always worth the wait. Keep up the good work. xx

Love it pop in regularly great staff and lovely food

I had a baguette which was tasty and lovely filling crammed full with a side salad garnish. Great value. Latte was also great. Definitely will be returning.

Originally searching for the chocolate cafe we realised it's name had been changed and decided to try indulgence.

Staff are very helpful but the food was a disappointment. My 3 year daughter complained her tuna mayo sandwich had "water" in it, when I tasted it the tuna had not been drained very well and my daughter refused to eat any more than 1 bite. Disappointing at £4.50!

Jacket potatoes were basic at £4.99 with a very small side salad.

The staff went out of their way to make me a banoffee pie but it wasn't a biscuit Base and no caramel .

The hot chocolates are amazing! Thoroughly enjoyed my ameretto hot chocolate.

This lovely cafe has huge potential, just feel very disappointed after spending over £30 and only enjoying a hot chocolate.

Only getting fair as a review because the small breakfast I had was nice, however, the cheesecake my daughter had made her feel ill and we couldn't actually identify flavour!! There was no identifying label for the cheesecake either, so intolerances could be a problem. The milk for my coffee and the hot chocolate was not steamed enough and therefore no froth on the top of the drink. I asked for a flavoured latte and when it came there was no flavour!!!! Very disappointed overall today, although not had a problem with the place previously.

Would not recommended thus place to anyone, diabolical customer service. Went in for breakfast which by the way was a lot more expensive then any where Else. But like anyone else we like to eat in a clean family friendly environment at least that's what we thought! It took for me to ask 4 times for someone to clear the empty pots on our table, we ordered our food and while half of us got our food pretty quick the other half was left sat waiting, so we waited and waited and after 20 minutes still had no food when the other half of group had finished their meal and we still hadn't even been given ours. When I asked to speak to a manager you were to busy to come talk to me so I demanded a refund. Never again would I step foot in this place absolutely amazed that they want to charge such high prices but you don't get a high Level of customer service.
